Stayed in Crosti Apartments for 3 nights. Check-in was at the Crosti Hotel and even though we arrived about 11pm, the guys on reception were very friendly and helpful – taking our cases the 10 minutes walk to the apartment. Our apartment was on the 6th floor accessed by a tiny lift (common in other places we saw) – but... More

Firstly let's get the positives out of the way. The apartment was well situated close to the Termini train station and was spotlessly clean. That's it I'm afraid. The 'junior superior suite' was situated on the sixth floor of a building, accessed by a tiny lift which only worked if the last person out had closed all 3 doors to... More

The Crosti apartments are just a 10 minute walk from Termini in Rome and just 10 minutes from the Crosti Hotel in Rome, where breakfast is served and this is also where you go to check in. The front desk was always friendly and polite and the staff in the breakfast room were very welcoming to our family. Food was... More

I stayed at the Crosti Hotel & Residence in Rome in November, 7 nights, in the apartment. These apartments are not in the same hotel but a bit further from the center, only 10 minutes by foot. In reception the concierge met me and helped with my suitcase and bags. Coming the apartments he showed how to use a strange... More

We stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for 7 nights. The cost was less than the average room in Rome. We had a full kitchen and were close enough to walk everywhere. Best part was that as part of the Crosti Hotel, we also got a free breakfast each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment was... More

We stayed at Crosti Apt which is about 7-10 min from the main hotel where you check-in. They helped with carrying the luggage from the hotel to the apt. The apt was very clean and comfortable. The verandah is the highlight of the location. We did take out the day we arrived and had our dinner outside on the Verandah.... More

Both the crosti apartments and the reception (two separate locations) are a short walk from termini station. Once you check in, they will help you schlep your luggage to your room. The apartments are clean, quiet and outfitted with the basics, if you are staying for a few days, there is a supermarket where you can stock up on coffee,... More

We stayed at the Crosti Apartments 2/5/14-3 nights. We had to check in at the Crosti Hotel first which is about 10 min walk from the apartments. The hotel manager was a very nice man. Within 2 minutes he arranged someone to walk us to Crosti apartments. Our apartment was on the 6th flr. Don't be put off by the... More

A short walk from Termini Station and loads of nice restaurants near by. The apartments had the best outdoor spaces and the bedrooms suited our family very well. The rooftop unit was the most spectacular. You could throw an amazing party up there.

This one is a bit of work especially if you have bags as the apartment is about 3 blocks from the reception. The reception was nice but they did not seem to be aware of our reservation. They are kind enough to carry our bags for the journey to the apartment. Clean enough but is older and in need of... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
