The owners were totally nonprofessionals and untrustworthy as they were continuously giving us wrong information. I don't even know where to start from! Before booking at this hotel, I asked If I can check in at 00:00 as my flight would arrive late and they confirmed that I could, so I made the booking. Luckily, they made a mistake with... More

The usual story, every time these people want to do as they want! She want to check in after midnight and she writes this review for revenge on tripavisor, but doesn't say that we have offered a bonus for one year for a stay of 279 € this is the amount of the reservation, even if we are not obligated... Cleanliness: check Friendliness: check The building is slightly old, but that's the beauty of it. Big and comfortable rooms,. Filomena and Simona are so friendly and kind. The location is perfect, close to everything!

Hotels in Rome is expensive and this B&B provided an alternative. It is fairly expensive for a B&B, but rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was basic, but lovely with fresh croissants and cappuccino, jam and toast. The building is old but well kept and walking through the gate with your key (the B&B is unstaffed for most of the... More

We chose the In & Out BB for our two night visit to Rome prior to leaving on a cruise. Friendly staff but be aware that this is a B&B and staff is not there in the evening. This information is provided at the time of making reservations. There is no elevator so I don't recommend it for those who... More

During our visit to Rome , a train delay caused us to reach Rome 2 hours late . We were surprised to receive this message from them !!! We had to search for a hotel last minute . What is even worse , that we tried to call them the next day in the morning they refused to let us... More

Dear readers, we reply to all of you and not to the second review because the reviewer who writes from the Lebanon wrote this review on September 11, 2015 with another different profile, this gentleman surely in life has nothing to do I think . Our reply is the same on Sept. 11. This man is not going to declare... More

We enjoyed the location of the B&B - walked everywhere during the three day say, including Galleria Borghese. First time might be difficult to find, but we took advantage of the host's offer to have a car pick us up at the airport for 45 euros - which dropped us at the front door. We got the "upgraded" room on... More

Excellent location in the very center with short walk to major sights. Very nice room (suite) with spacious bathroom. House itself old with character. This B&B highly recommended instead of hotels, gives a feeling living like Romans. Some noise from outside but didn't bother us and hey this is in the center of Rome! Very polite and personal service. Special... More

My wife and I had our hotel reservation from 16/07/2015 till 19/07/2015. Due to a delay ,we contacted the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in but she was so rude and cancelled the reservation. We visited her the next day in the morning on 17/07/2015 at 10:00 am to take the room for the next 2 days... More

Our experience at In and Out Bed & Breakfast in Rome was horrible because of an unfortunate incident. On the afternoon of August 13th, 2015 we returned to our hotel room and found that it was unlocked. We discovered that someone had entered our room and something was amiss. This incident required the business' attention. We attempted to call their... More

Fortunately this reservation was made through the most important site of tourist reservations in the world BOOKING.COM. who protected the hotel from this bad history. We tell what happened this guest who we know as Beatriz Venegas and not Adriana. the Day on August 13 in the afternoon the lady claimed that it had been stolen his ring given that... More

The location was great, the building was quaint and the room was small but nice. We had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel so apparently we needed better directions and a better map. I had google mapped it before but it didn't help much. The service was friendly upon our arrival and we appreciated the AC and cold water... More
