Our experience at In and Out Bed & Breakfast in Rome was horrible because of an unfortunate incident. On the afternoon of August 13th, 2015 we returned to our hotel room and found that it was unlocked. We discovered that someone had entered our room and something was amiss. This incident required the business' attention. We attempted to call their... More

Fortunately this reservation was made through the most important site of tourist reservations in the world BOOKING.COM. who protected the hotel from this bad history. We tell what happened this guest who we know as Beatriz Venegas and not Adriana. the Day on August 13 in the afternoon the lady claimed that it had been stolen his ring given that... More

The location was great, the building was quaint and the room was small but nice. We had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel so apparently we needed better directions and a better map. I had google mapped it before but it didn't help much. The service was friendly upon our arrival and we appreciated the AC and cold water... More

My husband and I had our first year anniversary this year in Italy . We had the best service in Florence and Venice. As for Rome , we experienced the worst service ever and it was all due to our decision to choose and try this hotel. To begin with,we booked the hotel 6 months ago and paid the full... More

In and out has like other hotel a policy check in writing very clear on website booking.com and expedia.com where we are present. Check-in 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Consequently this client in this case arrived at 1am plus with a credit card with insufficient funds (held on July 13 three days before arriving) can not complain, if he had... We visited Italy last week: Como lake, Venice, Florence and Rome. By far, this was the WORST, LEAST PROFESSIONAL hotel we had booked!! Service: The worst you can ever experience. Coming from Florence by train, there was a delay in the train station so we called the hotel to inform them about check-in time. (It was going to be 1... More

Our introduction to Italy was the In & Out B&B, and they made a great first impression. Venerable old building with worn stone stairs -- can't be afraid of stairs in Rome -- and solid, wooden doors. So much better than a slick hotel! The rooms were comfortable, with good ac (so welcome on a hot summer night). The staff... More

Totally cozy B&B steps away from Piazza Navona. The owner was lovely and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon. The building is of course very old but the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated (great showers!) and a king size bed after 20 hours of traveling was most welcome. Breakfast was great, the home made... More

Beware of this hotel. We booked months in advance. I emailed to ask about early check in and receive an email from expedia saying that the hotel are redecorating and we can't stay there. This is one week before we are due to be there and it is out honeymoon. Absolutely disgusted as if we need anymore stress the week... More

We respond to Ms. Gemma Wrigley, the booking of this lady was canceled for security reasons, the room is in a 1600 ancient building with antique wooden ceilings has been deemed fair on May 10 and not a week ago to close the room to restructure ceiling to restructure it however expedia.com promptly found a room for the lady in... This place is great. Yes there was noise at night but it wasn't too disruptive at all. Excellent hosts and the best cappuccino we had in Rome :) Some wonderful recommendations for food and in a great area with lots of great restaurants and not many tourists even though you are 4 minutes away from piazza navona

If you're looking for a small B & B type place in a great location in Rome - this is it. The owners couldn't do enough to make our stay successful and were so welcoming on arrival. The location is very close to Piazza Navona in a very vibrant area of restaurants and bars. The room was lovely, beautifully presented... More
