After finding the location we found out it was not actually where we were staying but the office. We then had to follow a helpful staff member to the apartment a couple of blocks away. The apartment was well sized but when they realised there was only 4 of us they locked the '3rd room we had paid for in... More

Me and 4 friends recently came to Rome for 4 days for the six nations game. Anthony was extremely helpful communicating with me prior to our stay and booking a transfer. On arrival we were told we had a room across the street from where I originally searched for the property, this room was in via curtatone. I'd recommend this... More

For a girl that thrives off of finding great quality at cheap prices Anthony's B&B is ideal. It's conveniently located no more than 10 minutes from Termini Station, Rome's biggest transport center. It's surrounded by many embassies, including the US, Germany, Canada. Mamma Angela's and The Yellow, just across the street, are two restaurants that I came to love, one... More

Perfect place to stay in Rome. The owner Tony provided great customer service and very knowledgeable of Rome, so that's a plus. You're also close to the termini and can walk pretty much any where. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good too!

Anthony's was a great place to stay while in Rome with my family. It is close to Termini (10min walk), but if returning late at night the streets may seem a little quiet if traveling alone. If you enjoy walking we found the location to be walking distance to the Colosseum and all major sites- we did not take the... More

This was an amazing place to stay while I was out in Rome for a couple of days. The location is very near to the termini station so anywhere you need to go within the city is steps away. The service was great as the owner Anthony made sure everything was fine for my stay and made sure I was... More

We had a wonderful apartment well located near the main train station (Roma Termini). There is a subway station right outside the building next station to the south is Roma Termini. The apartment was clean and had a lot of space and nice bathroom facilities (3 bathrooms with showers and toilet facilities!) for our group of 8 people and comfortable... More

As i come to Rome regular i always chose to stay at this place. Its much better than any hotel in Rome i have been staying before and its much cheaper and very central (close to Termini). The people working there were always friendly and helpful.

Anthony B&B is near Termini Station, Anthony is nice and very friendly. He offered us a bigger room with the same price. The room is very nice and clean, it is very comfortable. The room he offered us is better much more than the hotel room. Is the best B&B ever. Fully Recommended this B&B!!

After reading all the great reviews, we thought this would be a memorable B&B experience, wrong! maybe we missed something. Everyone kept saying how helpful Anthony is, we didn't even meet him until the last day we were there after four nights as he was dashing out the door. That was the only time we ever saw him. The lights... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
