We found the hotel online, but did not booked it. When we arrived in Naxos, we found the hotel owner with the Colosseo sign and asked about the price of a room pre night. We got the price considerably cheaper than the price on the internet, Because it was not highsesson, or perhaps because of the financial crisis!
The owner drove us to the hotel and when we saw the room and pool area, we quickly said yes. There are only 10 but comfortable rooms with bath and small kitchen. There was not many people, so we had almost the pool area to ourselves. Breakfast can be purchased at the pool house for 5 euros. But we bought our breakfast in a supermarket every morning, about 7 minutes away. The pool is big and beautiful. There is also a basketball ground. The hotel is relatively close to the beach, but you have to go through a couple of smelly little red lakes to get there. But the beach is really super.
