Went to rome in feb 09 with my girlfriend,really looking forward to it.When we arrived,all went well up to the point that the 'safe' was already locked,so made a phone call to reception,and nothing was done.Then next day we were told by the manager that we could no longer use the safe(to which i think is only 3-4 years old)... more

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only negative point was that there is a loud street next to the hotel. But that was well compensated by the friendly service and the good price/quality relation. more
