Excellent for business people and for tourists because very very central, close to all major monuments, to the train station and metro. The service and courtesy of personnel are outstanding; the hotel style and furnishings is very modern and tasteful. Price is reasonable when compared to quality of service and central location in Rome.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Located in unique building! Amazingly nice inside! We had Swanky room with great balcony and view. Let's do as usual: Pluses: - amazing location! 5 minutes by walk from Termini, Piazza Repubblica and many other spots; - great terrace; - very nice decorations! - AMAZING BATHROOM!!!! - great breakfast (take it on... After a marathon 36 hrs travel we were very happy to just have a rest. The beds at the hotel were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel is central, short walk to Amin Termini train station. Most of the main attractions of rome our only a 15 to 30 min walk. The main shopping strip via del... More

We booked this accommodation following a study of the various reviews on this site and we had a great stay. The room was a good size, very clean and with good aircon. The free drink and space in the fridge was particularly welcome for us. The hotel is a short walk from the train station which also near where the... More

Great place to escape the fast pace of Roma. The sweet smell of honeysuckle met with the sweet nature of the staff working here makes it an excellent choice for a romantic break. Fridge is also restocked every day at no extra charge which was great along with the free espresso's. Although I agree with everyone saying the need for... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this quirky little hotel! A cross between a B&B and a boutique hotel. Great location and easier to find than I'd originally thought. Our room was lovely, very comfy bed and great bathroom. Nice touches like the nespresso machine, the free mini-bar. Very clean. Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace in... More

Rome was our first stop in Italy. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was very clean and quiet. The housekeepers were very nice and sweet...always willing to stop and have a conversation. They were honestly probably the nicest people we met in Rome (we had some bad experiences outside of the hotel). While there are some stairs to climb... More

It was a little strange not to have a front desk and no 24 hrs on site but if you have a request you send an email and they provided an answer within hours. We did have a little trouble finding the hotel at first because we were a little early and they couldn't hear the buzz to let us... More

I chose this hotel for a wedding anniversary treat based on other Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The booking process was painless and actually quite pleasant when we received a personal email in return with various pictures of the hotel and other useful information. We arrived after 11pm due to a late flight but had email contact with... More

We recently stayed at the Moses hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. We couldn't have been happier with our choice, it was outstanding and we'll definitely stay there again. The week before our holiday the hotel contacted us by email to ask what time we would be arriving, they provided details of how to get from the station and... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
