After a marathon 36 hrs travel we were very happy to just have a rest. The beds at the hotel were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel is central, short walk to Amin Termini train station. Most of the main attractions of rome our only a 15 to 30 min walk. The main shopping strip via del... More

We booked this accommodation following a study of the various reviews on this site and we had a great stay. The room was a good size, very clean and with good aircon. The free drink and space in the fridge was particularly welcome for us. The hotel is a short walk from the train station which also near where the... More

Great place to escape the fast pace of Roma. The sweet smell of honeysuckle met with the sweet nature of the staff working here makes it an excellent choice for a romantic break. Fridge is also restocked every day at no extra charge which was great along with the free espresso's. Although I agree with everyone saying the need for... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this quirky little hotel! A cross between a B&B and a boutique hotel. Great location and easier to find than I'd originally thought. Our room was lovely, very comfy bed and great bathroom. Nice touches like the nespresso machine, the free mini-bar. Very clean. Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace in... More

Rome was our first stop in Italy. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was very clean and quiet. The housekeepers were very nice and sweet...always willing to stop and have a conversation. They were honestly probably the nicest people we met in Rome (we had some bad experiences outside of the hotel). While there are some stairs to climb... More

It was a little strange not to have a front desk and no 24 hrs on site but if you have a request you send an email and they provided an answer within hours. We did have a little trouble finding the hotel at first because we were a little early and they couldn't hear the buzz to let us... More

I chose this hotel for a wedding anniversary treat based on other Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The booking process was painless and actually quite pleasant when we received a personal email in return with various pictures of the hotel and other useful information. We arrived after 11pm due to a late flight but had email contact with... More

We recently stayed at the Moses hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. We couldn't have been happier with our choice, it was outstanding and we'll definitely stay there again. The week before our holiday the hotel contacted us by email to ask what time we would be arriving, they provided details of how to get from the station and... More

Just returned from an overnight stay in the Swanky Cardinal suite at the Moses Fountain hotel close to Repubblica metro stop in Rome. The only negative I have in my experience was the fact I had to rush off before breakfast and didn't turn up until 10pm so I didn't get the chance to enjoy the luxury of the room... More

This was my first trip to Rome and I chose the Moses Fountain based on the trip advisor reviews. The townhouse is in an excellent location, providing easy access via walking to all major sights. Metro is only a short walk away. Room wonderful (size and decore), clean, excellent facilities (free mini bar, tea and coffee). Breakfast was outstanding and... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to Moses Fountain Hotel. The exclusive location for your stay in Rome if you are fascinated from romance or history and art.The intimate and romantic atmosphere of the inside spaces balances the outdoor spaces that culminate in the Fountain occupying the West Elevation of the building. It is quite uncommon to stay in a monument of such importance and this fact represents a challenge for the management and staff who – in spite of the small number of rooms – is focussed on top quality and high standard service. ... more   less
