We stayed in the 'Swanky' room and were impressed by the cosy sound-proofed room, which did a great job of muffling the city background noise and the huge recessed shower room (rain head and colour-change LEDs). The staff were very helpful and friendly and the continental breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. Great location too, would highly recommend.

Conveniently located to Termini, metro and major sights. Spacious, clean rooms. Reasonable prices. Very nice proprietors. But ask about check in, and listen carefully. The staff is only there part time. They will give guests instruction, via email, on how to get in - pay attention. Taxis will not find the door (the picture shows all that is visible from... More

Nice and high quality appartment in the heart of Rome. Toghether with wife I landed in Rome Ciampino and came to Termini at noon. The hotel is 10-15 minutes of walk away of bus stop and....30 minutes of walk from Roma's Capitol and other main attractions. The appartment on first floor (not ordrinary hotel room but APPARTMENT) consits of bed... More

We didn't stay at the hotel. We were walking Rome at night and taking in the sights. We enjoyed just sitting and playing around outside. If you find yourself nearby pay it a visit. Set in a quiet area of Rome and just a few streets away from many other attractions.

We were staying in Rome for one night. When we got to the hotel we found out that there was no reception. The walk up to the room with the staff member was very worrying. The walls and doors hadn't been given a lick of paint in a long time. I was relived when I got to the room though... More

Hotel Moses Fountain is a bit different from your regular hotel experience. There is no reception, and the entrance is simply a wooden door with a bell and a code lock. We arrived around 13:00 and were greeted by the friendly housekeepers who guided us to our apartment. If you arrive later than 14:00 you need to contact the hotel... More

The hotel is situated close enough to all the sights but not in the most crowded area of Rome. It has only six rooms, thus being not crowded itself. We had a really cool room looking at the front door of Santa Maria della Vittoria, a church containing the most beautiful sculpture by Bernini, Ecstasy of Saint Teresa.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2013 and loved it. Great location, wonderful room and super staff. Stayed for 5 nights in July 2015 and the experience was very different, mostly due to promises that were made but not kept and very sloppy service. Booked online in April and immediately confirmed the reservation and accommodations via email with Jomar. Jomar... More

Our holiday was already brilliant but the stay at this hotel made it that much more amazing. The staff are very friendly and spoke English to us, the mini bar was free and was restocked everyday (wonderful when you return from a day of walking to water, juice, beer or crisps!), the breakfast was free and brought right to us... Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
