I ended up staying in one of the apartments even as a solo traveler. Maria (the housekeeper) was wonderful to wait up late to let me in due to a delayed flight. The room is very spacious. There is no real view from my room (#1) but I do feel very safe in this "hotel" as a single traveler. Yes,... More

I'm very satisfied with my stay at Urbana 33 which had been recommended to me by a cople of friends. It is ideally located and in walking distance of Rome's main sights and train station. My room was lovely, very confortable and clean, and you can see it was quite recently redesigned. Monti area is a great neighbourhood, with many... More

My stay at Urbana 33 was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were met by the lovely Maria who was so welcoming and acted as a personal tourist information officer for us providing us with a map and locating all the must see sights as well as necessary buses etc. The room was beautiful, modern decor with a homely... We stayed in the studio apartment in the annex- which was around 100m away from the main building (there are lots of steps involved so beware - but then again, this is Rome, so this should be no suprise!). The room was lovely- great use of space and decoration. The advantage with being away from the main building is that... More

Via Urbana is very walkable from Termini station. Finding the right doorbell at the door was not straight forward but after we found it Maria proofed to be very friendly and helpful. The actual apartment we stayed in was not at Via Urbana 33 but a 5 minutes walk. At the other side of Via Carfour in a small side... More

1. Maria is a nice lady, helpful in everything, providing necessary info to get around. 2. The rooms are new and clean, we slept/stayed in two rooms during our stay. 3. Bed comfortable. 4. Via Urbana is real Rome. Restaurants and caffes all around. Vibrant + Metro Cavour round the corner. 5. Deserves its rating on Booking, quality offered for... More

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night break here at Urbana 33 and totally fell in love with the place. Maria is delightful and is happy to advise on the area. This B&B is tucked away in a beautiful large building. It has an authentic Italian feel to it and is very tastefully decorated. The service is hotel... More

Lovely modern apartment, bathroom clean and shower fantastic. Lots of towels and toiletries. There was also a good hairdryer in the bathroom. Its a short distance away from Via Urbana, across Via Cavour. There is no door separating the bedroom from the living space, so no privacy in the bedroom if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. Air con... More
