A beautiful boutique guesthouse right in the centre of Rome, minutes walk away from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The place had plenty of character and was the perfect balance of old and new - contemporary decor in a historic and romantic setting. Our bedroom (room 4) was beautifully done-out and we had a fab night's sleep every night due... More

When I come to Rome for work I always find the availability of the property to give me a room. The staff at the reception is outstanding as always. The room has soundproof windows and then I was able to work calmly. Breakfast is varied with warm croissants and fragrant is brought to your room on time. Very clean and... More

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay back in September 2014. The accommodation was excellent, a few steps away from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Most sights are within walking distance. The breakfast was vast and varied and served in your room every morning at your preferred time. The whole place is lovely and charming. Layla was always very helpful, friendly... More

Good rooms with good location. Walking distance to most sights. No view but that makes no diffence to me as we only slept there. Breakfast okay with choice of coffee. Bathroom is in the hall. Internet okay.

Stayed here during the first week in January 2015. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation in an excellent location close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. A good quality, fresh breakfast is served in the room each morning at your time of choice. Would highly recommend, Thank you Laila

Lovely old place in a former cardinal's palace. Quiet, dark, comfy bed with good linen and "memory pillows" made for a great night's sleep. Owner/manager Laila lovely. WiFi not great and only two power outlets in the room (that's what you get in historical buildings! Good price, walking distance to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Continental breakfast tray served in room.... More

There’s something special about the Baghirova The beautiful eclectic mix of old and new, the high ceilings, the art, the smell - i loved everything about this small authentic and well managed hotel. In complete contrast to the big corporate hotels and all the other small boutique places i’ve stayed in Rome – this place has got it just right... More

As a traveling US family, we wanted to stay at unique boutique hotels to add to our overall experience. We were greeted eagerly by Layla who made us feel like family and was extremely pleasant to our toddler. The décor is unique as you have a very modern, goth yet historic like feeling. Our room was very spacious compared to... More

We had a lovely stay here Aug 2014. Very warm welcome from Layla. Very nice unusual style room with high ceilings and beautifully decorated. Felt very secure and looked after while we were here. Loved the old mixed with the new, it was very unusual and a pleasant surprise. Very very clean (which to me is the most important) and... More

We stayed for a few nights a while ago and this is our report: The good: - not *too* far from the popular sites like The Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. I mean, you can walk it. - not too terribly expensive -There is a pretty nice, deep "make out" couch. The not so good: -Hot water... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
