There are certainly more central hotels in Rome which are more convenient for a sightseeing trip but the location of Leon's Place is not too bad. The area is close to Termini station and has a good range of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 20 minutes’ walk to the Trevi fountain and 15 minutes from the Villa Borghese.... More

Arrived 45 minutes before check in, in the pouring rain soaked to the skin. Was told that the room was ready but when I got into it, it was still filthy.Trekked back to reception when they had it ready 40 minutes later but only have done , forgetting to stock the toiletries etc. The lighting was dreadful in the room.... A Lovely boutique Hotel. 56 rooms in all. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The air conditioning was a God send, as we had 31 degrees celsius and after a day out sightseeing, it was lovely to come back to our comfortable cool room.
