Nice b&b in a great location. Close to Espana, shopping, Vatican, metro and other attractions. Would definitely return to this place. Marco was a great host and so nice! He was always available and accommodating. Thank you for the last minute car service to the airport!

Great hotel with clean, warm and nice rooms. Close to metro, Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is served in the rooms and it is satisfying for its price. Definately recommend it!

The perfect place if you want to visit Rome. Very confortable room with everything you need inside. From the B&B there is a short walk to see the most interesting places in Rome, located next to a metro station. The landlords were also amazing, explaining everything ralated to tourism in Rome. I would defenetely recommend this place for tourism

The location is excellent. The metro line station is really close to the B&B. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and the stuff was helpful and polite. Marco gave us all the necessary info. The only tip is that you have to inform the B&B managers about your arrival (time) in order to avoid unpleasant waiting (which did not... More

Pros: - Great location - located on 10 mins walk from Vatican - There is a metro station near by (Red line) so from there you can access all major city sightseeing. - The room is cleaned every day. - Bath is ok, although the shower was a bit outdated. - Friendly staff, although the lady, that serves the breakfast,... This was a wonderful stay for us friends, located just 5 minutes from the Vatican. Marco waited for us until we arrived and he checked us in and gave all the guided info on how to explore Rome. We were given an Italian breakfast on our 1st day but he adhered to our choice and he got us a continental... More

Great location in walking distance of most of the attractions. Right next to the metro, shopping and great restaurants. Very friendly staff, Marco, Ivan and their female colleague. Very clean rooms, great space. It is very recommendable for a city stay.

The place was nice, correct and clean. I wouldn´t reserve with them again though. They change the ubication the same day of arrivel. Instead of Via degli Scipioni they sent as to Via Vigliena, 10, they told it was 800m when in google maps is 950m. Totally apart from the place where we reserve and in a dark hiden street.... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
