Booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. They were accurate, this is a wonderful little gem of a 4 star hotel, only about 6 rooms tucked away on the 2nd floor of a commercial building in a neighborhood full of large 4 star hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything very clean. The wifi was excellent--I even Facetimed my... More

We booked this location based on past reviews and it's location. We were pleasantly surprised to find this little place in Rome. The room was comfortable and provided for amenities such as a coffee maker, refrigerator , free wifi and satellite TV. It's location in the Via Venetto area provided for a great selection of restaurants, shops, attractions and tour... More

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights in this hotel. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, and many restaurants. The owner, Fabrezio, was extremely helpful, helping us with a taxi, restaurants, and even "giving us a hand" with our luggage when the elevator was not working. If we ever return to... More

This was 1 of 2 hotels we used in Rome, and definitely the one we preferred. We loved the quiet off-the-beaten-path location, and Fabrizio and Marco were awesome! Our room was nice and the air conditioner actually worked!! The breakfasts are very nice with the made-to-order caffes the highlight, but a good variety to please nearly everyone. You do need... At first it seemed a bit odd for a hotel to be located on the second floor of a commercial building but once there, it made sense. The building facade is very grand and the location is great. Fabrizio, the owner, could not be more welcoming or helpful. We stayed four nights and, although the room was not huge, it... More

Just spent 8 days here on our second trip to Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment Fabrizzio met us at the front door and hauled our luggage up the steps, to Sunday when we felt we were saying goodbye to a new friend. We stayed in the Jr suite which is a large corner room with two... More

We had a great 3 days in Rome in Beau Site. It is a lovely little hotel (on the 3rd floor) but we found our Junior Suite just perfect for our family of 4. Fabrizio went out of his way to make us comfortable - even lugging our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (as the lift was broken). We... More

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Rome thanks to the comfort and hospitality we experienced during our stay at the Beau Site. Fabrizio and his staff were helpful, professional and courteous. The room we stayed in was immaculate and perfect. It had high ceilings, comfortable bed and a huge window overlooking a beautiful Historic building. The location... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A unique place, where the guest is the center of everything, welcomed and pampered from the initial smile to the last goodbye, which always leaves a taste of sweet nostalgia to everyone. This is the daily experience at Beau Site, luxurious Boutique Hotel in Via Ludovisi, an elegant street in the heart of Rome, just a few steps away from the magnificent Villa Borghese, that links Via Veneto, birthplace of La Dolce Vita, to Via Sistina, from which guests will reach in a few minutes the most attractive architectural, historical and artistic sights, such as the stairway of Trinità dei Monti, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Via del Corso and Piazza Navona. The beautiful building where our Antica Residenza is located was built by the famous family of Roman architects Busiri Vici and came originally with the idea of a private home; then, the tranquility, sophistication and exclusivity of the location suggested the restructuring of a portion of the building, in order to create a jewel of hospitality that could ensure class, privacy and relaxation. The elegant décor, the style of the impeccable service and the comfort of each of the environments create a charming atmoshpere that makes pleasurable and memorable even the shortest stay. The Beau Site is a residence which is historical, but still Hi-Tech: the free WiFi and the iPad, available to our customers, are just some of the small details that contribute to create a balanced union of style and efficiency. In the morning, in the Bow Window room (unique in its genre) the continental breakfast is served on a buffet full of sweet and salted meals, always fresh and accompanied by the best Italian coffee and typical products.A special selection of drinks was made by a Sommelier especially for guests of Beau Site, even the most demanding ones. All is provided by a special service in the Bow Window dining room, or in total discretion in your bedroom.Among the various services offered: LCD satellite TV, free WiFi access, free AirPrint, check-in online for flights, online "jump-the-line" bookings for the Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Borghese Gallery etc., send/receive fax, transfer to/from airports, city guides, bookings for tours, open top bus, personal shopper, car rental.Who’s choosing our Boutique Hotel Beau Site knows what he will find, but never expects what being in this unique place really means, until he discovers by himself, being pleasantly surprised. ... more   less
