This small and charming hotel is a little difficult to find but is worth the search. It is near a metro stop to whisk you to all the sites. It is close to the fountain, Spanish Steps and restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large for Europe. The breakfast room is over... More

Beau Site is such a wonderful small boutique hotel. Excellent service, staff and the hotel is finished to very high standards for a hotel of this size. Great breakfast on the go. If you are looking for a hotel of a small size, quiet, average fare and extremely good location, this hotel will suit your needs, business or leisure, Wi-Fi... More

Beau Site is a very small hotel run within an apartment block near the villa borghese gardens and within close reach of the Spanish steps. The owner is a nice chap and regularly on hand for any issues, making you feel very welcome. The room was perfectly functional, the only slight issue would be the road outside being noisy in... My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel in October. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a good location--just ten minutes from the Spanish Steps and not far from a metro stop. The accommodations were roomy (larger than one might expect for a city hotel) and clean. However, there were a couple of... More

My husband and I returned yesterday after 8 nights at the Beau Site. Having traveled for 43 years on vacations, within the US, Europe, South America and the caribbean, I understand the hotel rating system and research properties before booking. The Beau Site is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in anywhere, and among any star ratings. It... More

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who made me promise to leave a positive feedback about their experience at this wonderful hotel and the amazing customer service from all the staff... but most of all, Fabrizio the manager. From my own first hand experience, I myself contacted the hotel by email to advise that my parents... More

We recently spent 3 nights here in September 2014 and had a great stay. The hotel is a little hard to find since it is all on one floor in an apartment/business building. If I had read more of the reviews, it would have been easier to find. Because we had our backpack stolen in the taxi ride to the... More

This is a small, friendly hotel in a great location in central Rome close to the Savoy hotel and Piazza Barberini. It is on the second floor of a mixed tenant building but serviced by a lift and stairs. We had a warm welcome and were shown a compact, simply furnished room but this is the centre of Rome! It... Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
