Stayed at H10 Citta Roma for 5 nights. Reception staff very welcoming and attentive. They gave out a map of the city and advised us on what to see and do. They also gave out the wifi code without us even asking. Hotel beds were amazingly comfortable! Just what you need after a days walking around the sights of Rome.... More

This hotel is quite far from the city center in a rather dirty and run-down neighbourhood. You can take the bus 170 to the historic center of Rome, which will take between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the traffic. Service in this hotel is generally friendly. Rooms are modern and nice. Only the doors are quite noisy when they... More

Stayed for 4 nights booked through a British Airways package. The hotel is a 15 minute walk through a dingy bit of Trastevere, the bus 170 runs past the hotel too. On arrival at the H10 we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who spoke excellent English and gave us maps detailing the local transport. The room was modern, bright... More

We stayed here when we continued our Rome trip. The concierge checked us in without any problem. Our room was in a more conservative side. Amenities in the bathroom were abundant and definitely has what one will need. The hotel is less accessible to trains, but there's a bus stop nearby. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was not included... More

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days during a business trip. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are great and big for Europe. Bathroom was great with a big tub. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the city which is great. One of the metro... More

Went here with my husband in August for a week, hotel was immaculate and staff we're very accommodating! Rooms are a lovely size and very clean, en suite bathrooms beautiful. Had problems with air conditioning in our room and this was fixed straight away. Breakfast was great, loads of choices! Shuttle bus to and from Central Rome was fab! The... More

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are really nice and the pool area is a great added bonus! The hotel is really clean, the breakfast is lovely and the staff are helpful. I liked this hotel because it wasn't right in the centre. The bus stop is only around the corner and the train station which goes straight to the... More

Quality hotel overall. Rooms were fantastic as was the breakfast. Although a bus ride away from the centre of rome it's extremely easy to reach. Your meant to buy a ticket for the bus which we did on most occasions but not once were we stopped and it seemed the locals jumped on and off at leisure. Booked tour to... More

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and must say it was great. Staff is very friendly and very polite. Rooms are perfectly clean. They change towels every day. Must say, this hotel have incredibly good interior design. Materials are not of those like in hotels from Dubai, but they are so good composed and architect did fantastic job... More

We stayed at the H10 for the third time now and it was as pleasant as any time before. The rooms still are modern and clean and the breakfast buffet is stunning! Only point that wasn't as good as it was, is the fact that you have to pay for the shuttle to the city centre. Taking the bus (170... More
