My partner and I stayed here in January 2015 for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They have a shuttle bus into the city centre for 3 euros one way or 5 euros return, the only comment I would make about this is that the last shuttle leaves the city at 5pm,... More

We stayed at H10 Roma Cittafir a week in June. The hotel is located in Trastevere region which most people say is the true Rome. This is the functional district where all Romans live and speak very little English. This wasn't an issue even though we didn't speak Italian. The hotel itself is immaculate. Rooms are modern with large comfortable... More

Stayed here for 2 nights late November en-route to a cruise from Civitavecchia. We flew into Rome via Fiumicino and caught the shuttle bus into town (Terminii). Our intention was to buy the 3 day Roma pass and use public transport to get around. The buses as we found out are always busy and full so if you have anything... More

Having read reviews before I came, i knw what to expect. This is a hotel on the outskirts of the city and we had no problems with public transport to get to all of the sights of Rome. The hotel was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable which is the main thing you need from a hotel. The staff... More

Nice hotel. Check on took ages as, despite my confirmation stating I had paid for breakfast, the receptionist said it wasn't included and we spent 20 minutes standing in reception ....... Annoying as I had travel documents confirming I had paid Clean and tidy, no tea/coffee facilities but room was ok and comfortable - our sleep was disturbed by neighbours... More

H10 Citta Rome is a new and modern hotel with small, but regular and well furnish rooms with the comfort to be expected from a hotel of this standard, four stars. The service is friendly. The breakfast in the comfortable restaurant is varied and tastes well. The WI-Fi works well. The hotel is outside the center of Rome situated between the... More

Let's start off with the pros. It was really cheap. For a four star hotel in a tourist hotspot like Rome, it was incredibly cheap. We had stayed at H10s elsewhere around the world (Barcelona) and thought it would be a good idea to stay here as well. The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of size of room, friendliness of...
