What a brilliant hotel!! Such amazing, friendly stuff. This hotel was so clean & so spacious. When we checked in early Saturday morning, the staff were so friendly and gave us directions and kept our baggage safe until we came back later that evening. When I collected my room pass, I didn't expect my room to be so massive! In... More

This is very smart hotel suited in a residential area. First of all I have to comment on the staff – in particular the reception staff, they were excellent, so helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful; our room was modern, bright and spotless with a very large bed– so comfortable. The H10 also has excellent facilities, a nice bar, stunning... More

On arrival we were told there was a maintenance problem with our room and that we would be transferred to another hotel for the night. Although this was inconvenient for us the reception staff went all out to compensate us which made the news easier to take. Throughout the rest of our stay the staff were very friendly and helpful,... More

We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The pool was a great addition after a long day in Rome and the staff were incredibly helpful and told us everything we needed to help us get to see everything. We had room service one night and the food was really tasty but took quite a... More

The hotel is located in a residential area...which was awesome if you are wanting to be away from the hub bub of the tourist trap! I really enjoyed it. We walked everyday down Marconi to the subway station (a good 20 minute walk, but we would stop for our morning Cappuccino first ;) !). 24 Euros a person for 7... More

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were very nicely presented, with very comfy beds, mini bar, and lockable safe. The toiletries that were offered in the bathroom were replaced every day, and our beds and towels were also replaced. The breakfast was really good, with lots of different choices to cater for all types. The staff at the hotel were... More

This hotel is conveniently located near the Trastevere railway station. When we first arrived we walked from the station with all our suitcases and it took us about 15 min while also window shopping. When you exit the station of Trastevere, turn right and walk along the wall of the station. Take the small steps down and turn right again.... More

Chose to go to this hotel as it had got some great reviews in the past. However, our stay did not live up to those wonderful reviews. The hotel itself is lovely and has a lovely city modern feel to it. But when we were shown our room I was a little disappointed. I had booked a double room and... More

We spent the first two days in Rome here. A bit off center, but it is very easy to take public transport or the hotel's shuttle bus, that only costs 50 cents more than the public bus. Perfect location to explore the Trastevere night life close by (which we did on our second night). We came here to relax the... More
