Very good district near the Spanish steps and the luxury shops. The staff are very kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is only one croissant per person. It is an classical bed and breakfast room without breakfast.

This hotel is Unique and the strong part of it is the location and the staff. Location is few meters from the Spanga, the Spanish stairs. Many attractions nearby. Beautiful area in the center of Rome. Family hotel, few rooms at the center of Rome. The room is big and very nice. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is... More

We stayed at Rome 55 in November and found the rooms extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and the location excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. We were half a block from the Spanish steps and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and we were able to... More

The location is perfect, the room is 5 stars. Bed and pillows are just perfect. Smart TV with variety of channels. Free high-speed WiFi. Everything was amazing. The breakfast is just one croissant per person and a hot drink with one juice, it is OK but for those who want eggs and beyond, it is not the right breakfast. However,... More

the staff is super welcoming and caring, competent also for additional wishes like ordering theatre tickets or dinner, everything is perfectly clean, location - easily can find the most important sightseeing places, next to Spanish Steps, the atmosphere is quiet, no noises from the street, free WIFI. The only thing to bear in mind- no real breakfast available, because of... More

Not for us. My husband and I were only spending one night in Rome before going home. I thought I was booking a small boutique hotel, but it was really like being in someone's apartment with decently appointed rooms. All rooms surround the breakfast area (breakfast is meager) so any noises can be heard clearly....That said, nothing is better than... More

The location is fantastic and puts you right next to the Spanish Steps. The rooms (the room we had) are wonderful and look exactly like the photos on the Internet(which does not happen often). The owners and staff are great too and recommended places to eat. All of which were very good and not too costly. The entrance of this... More

Opposite the Spanish Steps. Little, at the best location ever. Very Italian/Romano. Owners serve and make most efforts to accommodate all guests wishes. Small rooms but all is in and available. it is not a hotel, it is like home away from home and the center of everything. perfect for tourists and Rome lovers.

Thank you to Natasha and staff, who were very helpful. The rooms are spotless, have wifi, tv, and are cleaned daily. Fabulous location, with a lovely simple breakky included in the price from a really cafe. Contact her directly on the website, she will email you with great prices.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
