We had a great stay at Palazzo Olivia. The apartment was very nice and well maintained. It is centrally located and felt we could have walked anywhere in Rome from there. Thank you and we hope to stay with you again. more

You cannot pick a better location in old Rome. At the foot of the Piz. Navonna, 3 minutes to the Pantheon and Piz. del Fiore, 20 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 to Castell d'Angelo, 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps and Trevi. via del Leutari intersects with via Governo Vecchio, one of the nicest streets in Rome, but best... more

Just returned from Italy & we stayed at Palazzo Olivia (Apt Basilio) for 5 nights. The location was fantastic...close to Piazza Navona & Campo De Fiori. It's 30 feet from Corso Vittorio Emmanuele where you will find atm machines, taxi stands, bus stops, internet point, etc. While it's so close to a major street, Palazzo Olivia is on a small... more

We stayed in the Basilio on the what we in the USA would call the 4th floor. It was quite spacious and it was nice to have a modified kitchen to cook some of our meals. The apt is near the Campo de’ Fiori where we daily purchased fruits, vegetables and pastas for our meals. more

My wife and 2 kids and I stayed here for the first 2 nights of an almost month long European holiday. We were keen to stay here after reading about it on tripadvisor, but the only room available was " Berta", the smallest room. When we booked, Carla made it very clear that the room was usually only for 2... more

The apartment we stayed in was clean and cool (pefect to get back to in the mid-day heat for a short rest). Carla the manager made us feel very welcome when we arrived very early on a Sunday morning and she helped us with any questions we had about where to do laundry, buy food, etc. The sofa bed was... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Olivia. Carla and Stefano work hard to make sure you are comfortable. We had a minor problem with the electricity in our apartment one day and Stefano drove all the way across town to check it out, showing genuine concern. Turned out to be something minor and was remedied quickly. How many places... more

We have stayed at Palazzo Olivia twice and both stays have been excellent! Carla and Stefano were very helpful and the location was exceptional, near Piazza Navona. We walked almost everywhere and this location was perfect for seeing the many streets of Rome. We have stayed with kids both trips and found the amenities perfect for both young children and... more

I don't want to imply any disrespect to other Italian companies, hotels etcetera, but Palazzo Olivia was exceptionally well organised right from the booking process through to the reception on our arrival, during our stay and on our departure. Many apartments in Italy insist on cash payments for the balance on arrival, PO were happy to accept credit card payment.... more
