I don't want to imply any disrespect to other Italian companies, hotels etcetera, but Palazzo Olivia was exceptionally well organised right from the booking process through to the reception on our arrival, during our stay and on our departure. Many apartments in Italy insist on cash payments for the balance on arrival, PO were happy to accept credit card payment. The website worked well, the emailed questions we had were answered promptly and clearly, and the deposit payment via Paypal was all very smooth. We booked through PO a 'limousine' pick up from the airport, great idea, we knew the price in advance, no question of a rip-off, no trouble explaining where we were going. When we arrived we were greeted by Carla who speaks perfect (no exaggeration) English. She showed us around the apartment and gave us the keys.
