For this 5 week adventure, a final 4 nights in a self contained apartment, Ripetta 25,100m off vibrant Piazza del Populo at the pointy end (literally and metaphorically) of Rome. The 'guru' had pre-booked the third floor Giada studio (double foldout bed/kitchenette) apartment but,on arrival, we were ushered into the much larger appointed Ambra without explanation and with no complaint... My mom and I stayed at Ripetta 25 in the Ambra apartment for 3 nights after a Mediterranean cruise, and we could not have picked a better location and space. The location is literally within walking distance of everything, and in a very nice part of town. We were right across from a small grocery and butcher, and next door... More

We spent 5 days in Rome at Ripetta25. Excellent location, clean apartment, even beds were quite comfortable. I must say that I don´t have any complaints. It´s not 5 star hotel but it´s a convenient apartment for family travelling. It´s quite handy to have a kitchenette and separate bedrooms for adults and children. Very good location, close to Piazza del... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in an Ambra room with our two teenage kids. Apartment was spacious with separate double bedroom. It was cleaned daily and towels changed every second day. The kitchen had all the basic foodstuffs there for us on arrival such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes and a fresh fruit bowl which was free. Wifi was... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with kids (15,9 & 5). Kids thought it was fantastic having a loft style room and Sky Tv! Totally would recommend very central location we walked everywhere, Vatican, Colloseum etc...... Thought it would be a bit far with a 5 year old but pleasantly surprised there was no moaning! We would definitely stay here again.

We booked our entire June 2014 Italy trip (rome/umbria/tuscany/cinque terre/milan) from on line reviews. All of the reviews were extremely accurate and hands down Ripetta 25 was the most amazing find in Rome. I was skeptical that a room in the middle of the city could actually be as amazing as the review. This was the most absolute perfect find... More

We are a family of 3 (12 year old son) we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the room to our Amethyst apartment it was spacious and very well equipped. Our son slept on the double soft bed and we had the loft double bed above. The bed is very firm (in our opinion) but we slept well, you will... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in a two bedroom condo. The condo is super clean, well equipped and centrally located to shopping, the metro and excellent eating options in every price range. We walked back after dinner every night with the kids and felt quite safe. Paolo was an excellent guide providing maps and arranging transfers. Would highly recommend... More

Our family was pleasantly surprised when we go to the Ripetta. The door makes you think "what have I done here??" Once inside, you quickly realize you made the perfect decision. They say " Location is everything"…you have it here at an unbelievable price for all that you get! The location is 2 minutes from Piazza del Popolo and the... More

Our family of four stayed in the Perla apt for three nights in June. As the other reviews say, this place is spacious, clean and located in a safe neighborhood. The staff were very accommodating. They let us check in a little early and sleep off some jet lag (at no charge). We were able to get some staples to... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
