Stayed here on a quick business trip to Rome. The location of the B&B is perfect. Just a stone's throw from the Vatican, and less than a 5 min walk from St. Peter's Square. The metro station for San Pietro is very close by. There is also a taxi-stand not too far from the B&B. The B&B itself is in... More

I have stayed at Alessandro III twice in the past two months. It is a true gem of a B&B and the location could not be better. Your hosts, Raffaele and Giulianio, are two knowledgeable gentlemen and make you feel very welcome. You are less than a 5 minute walk from St. Peter's Square and one block from buses to... More

This B&B is very quaint; unexpected location, you arrive in a back street and have to buzz the door of what seems like a block of flats, so first impressions can seem some what strange. However once we were inside the B&B a very lovely old man and; possibly his son? Were running the place as from what I can... More

We were lucky to have discovered this great B&B, a 3 minute walk from St. Peter's Square. The B&B is very comfortable, and simple. Raffaele is a great host. A soft spoken person, he is always ready to give great tips and advice. The B&B has great, simple breakfasts. The room was comfortable. Oh, and did I mention location. There... More

We spent 3 nights here in mid-August, and it met all of our needs. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes from the Vatican and St. Peter's square. Raffaelle and Giuliano were perfect hosts, and helped arrange a car and driver to get us from Fiumicino. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly... More

Raffaelle & his father Giuliano were such lovely hosts for a 4 night stay in Rome. With a great location, so close to St Peter's Square, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle that Rome suffers from in the middle of summer, this accommodation was perfect. The bus is very close and takes you everywhere you need to go.... More

My friend booked this room for us for our four night stay in Rome. Though we did ask for two beds, we made do. Nonetheless, Juliano and Rafaeli were the BEST hosts. They helped us with all requests and recommendations, as well as made reservations for us as some delicious restaurants. Rafaeli even helped me for a bit to shop... More

My wife & I have stayed with Raffaelle & Giuliano on 4 occasions (8 days each) & will continue to use this superb, friendly B&B. It truly is home from home. Great position, close to the Vatican & the no 64 bus, which takes you to 'town' & the Termini. This makes it easy to reach out of town locations... More
