This was truly great value for the money! We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 5 nights in March 2015 (price was 240 for all nights). This was one of the cheapest accommodations in Rome, and it was a very nice stay, absolutely above expectations for the money!! Location: Location was absolutely great! It was a few minutes’ walk... This was our first trip to Italy and had never stayed in a bed and breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late to the hotel after midnight but Emily was there to meet us. The room is pretty big with a high ceiling. A TV with mostly Italian channels. Free WI-FI. The location is great because you can catch... More

Easily the best. Perfect location since it's so close to the Termini. Around 3-5 minutes walk. This is particularly helpful if you're coming by bus/train from airports. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Emily helped us with pretty much everything from the how-tos and the what-to-dos. We got a room for three but it was huge and very comfortable.... Emily was very welcoming, the place was immaculate and comfortable. It is in a great location as the termini is a 5 minute walk away where you can get the metro, trains and shuttle buses to/from airports. There are some nice little bars and souvenir shops. We got vouchers to use at a local bar for breakfast whicn includes a... More

The location is top notch as its hardly a 3-4 min walk from Roma termini. Supermarket and lit of dining options nearby. Easy transit to airport and all other parts of the city from termini. Owner very friendly and accommodating as we had a booking for 2 nights but on availability gave us a 3rd half day accommodation at a... More

I stayed here for several nights in Rome and chose it because of its good ratings and relative close proximity from Roma Termini. We booked the room with the private ensuite bathroom. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and spacious and even had a couch. Large selection of tv channels but all in Italian. Furnishings were simple and... More

Location was the key for selecting this B&B. It was just 5 minutes away from the Roma Termini. Very conviniently connects you to Metro and Busses. Breakfast provided at a nearby Ola Bar, Was simple - coffee, fruit juice and croissant but sufficient to get you going for the morning. The place was clean and provided free wifi. They even... More

Location wise the hotel is ideal if you want to connect by train from termini station or you need to explore the city by bus or metro or you need to go to the airport by an airport bus. Everything is available nearby, good restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, pharmacy.. the list can go on. Coming to the hotel, we... More

10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. Very friendly lady and love the cleanliness of this place (really clean), you might need to queue for the bathroom if the place are full house, but we don’t really face this issue during our stay. The TV in the room doesn’t work (or maybe we don’t know how to use it). The... More

Fantastic location. 8 mins from Termini. Not a flash place but extremely clean and helpful. Shared bathroom was huge and clean. B'fast was in a very friendly place. Highly recommended. We could walk to most places from here. Although Metro is cheap one can discover more walking. With all the good food it also helps one keep in shape.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
