The Hotel is located in middle of all attractions in Rome which you can go everywhere just by walking and also very closed to metro station Once we arrived, we had some difficulty to find the Hotel as the room is in different street than the front desk, During the check in , once I found that the Hotel is... I booked two twin rooms at Flann O'Briens as I was meeting my 3 sisters for a short break from March 19 to March 24, 2014. I travelled from Saudi Arabia and my sisters travelled from Ireland. I arrived alone to Flann O'Briens. There was no-one at reception when I arrived. Eventually, 20 minutes later Anna arrived. I found her... More

First of all, Flann O' Brien rooms is not a Hotel, we are classified as "INN" wherein we don't have a 24 hour reception, (that's why guests' time of arrival is necessary for us to organize) so sorry for not being there exactly at the moment when you arrived.... Secondly, the room where you were assigned on the first night... More

This was my first trip to Italy and I traveled alone. I am 100% sure I wouldn't have had such a fabulous and easy time if it wasn't for Anna at Flann O'Brien's. Firstly, she provides outstanding customer service. Before the trip, I sent numerous emails asking questions as this was my first trip to Italy & she answered every... More

I was in room 104 in the building on Via Firenze. Quiet with a double bed just for me. Bathrooms are nice and modern. WiFi worked perfectly albeit with a hellaciously long password!! :) Fair value, comfortable for my 5 nights and nicely located. I would stay here again.

I booked the hotel for my daugher and her friend (2 young ladies, 22 years old) for 2 nights. They arrived late in the evening. In the morning two policemen entered the room and they started to investigate them. In spite that they are both from Slovakia they asked them whether they are Ukrainan or Russian. The young ladies speak... More

We had a room in separate building and our room was really small!! There were a wifi but I can't connect it during a week. The worse thing is that they turn off the heating during the night in January !!! I asked at reception not to do that as it was so cold every night but they said that... More
