We stayed here for four nights. Our room was spacious and we hardly saw the other guests. Breakfast is pastries, cereals, yoghurt, and juice. There is a fridge and toaster oven available, so it's possible to make a small meal. It is easy to get to from the airport and a 10min walk to Bologna metro. It was nice to... More

Like other reviewers said there aren't any clear signs that that place exists from outside. They had emailed me a week before my arrival to ask about the arrival time and I informed them. This was our first time in Rome, it was a bit tricky to find because it is located in a residential area but there are two nearby metro / bus stations either BOLOGNA or TIBURTINA. It is more like a famliy hotel , master are perpare all of things what you may need . you could find the feeling of taking care . Just do not have slipper there .

The place isn't spectacular, but the host was very friendly and helpful (including arranging for us to have our room at 8 am!)
