We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. Donata, the caretaker, is a very wonderful person and keeps the place spotless. The rooms are big and have A/C, TV and a small terrace with a view to St. Peter's Basilica's dome (which makes for a great place to sit a dusk). The women's bathroom is much larger than the men's... Booked our room thru B&B, but since we requested for a private bath they moved us to an apartment 2 blocks from their location. A Casa de Alice. Room is clean and spacious, close to a metro stop. There's a grocery nearby. No breakfast included, only a coffee and tea maker in the apartment. There is also a washing machine... More

Excellent B&B for the location! Close to the Metro Subway! Close to the Vatican if you want to walk! Excellent to many Cafe' latte shops! Ian--landlord speaks English and very helpful with tourist! Donada is the house keeper and she speak English, too! She is very helpful. I stayed at the B&B and I had a balcony to see St.... More

We had a spacious double room. It was very clean and kitchen + bathroom were fine. Keep in mind that shared bathroom is cleaned in the morning, so in the evening it may get dirty as some people don't change their shoes... Water heater has a low capacity, so you need to wait a couple of minutes after last person... More

the bed and breakfast is 400 meters from the metro, 10 minutes from the vatican. there are plenty of restaurants in the area and places to eat without having to go far. My room was big and spacious, everything was clean and the shared bathrooms was no problem with the other guests. Breakfast was ok. Overall it was a good... More

I've promised to myself to write a review about this place though a normally too lazy to do so. I'll keep to the facts, so you could see what to expect from this place. So, to start with: there were no one around even though I called the hotel to warn that we'll be there in 20 minutes (and phone... More

My wife and I stayed here between 26th March 2012 and 29th March 2012. On first sight it was a bit of a disappointment, being used to Hotel accomodation elsewhere. However, being practical people we adapted ourselves, found Donata - the lady looking after the place - to be a real treasure and had a wonderful few days there. It... More

Do not stay here. This place ruined my experience of Rome. There was no one available to greet/meet us on arrival. We had to stuff around and wait around. It wasn't until another traveller staying at the place opened the door that we managed to find someone to check us in. Customer service doesn't exist here. I also paid for... More

First of all we wish to thank you for your feedback, even though it is negative and compromising for our bed and breakfast. Your review however only focuses on check in and a double debit. We would also like to know what you think about the rooms? The cleaning? The position? How you slept? Was it a good price? How... More

We were staying in a Holiday Inn but at £150 a night we needed somewhere cheaper to lay our weary heads. B&B is centrally located but not obvious to the untrained eye as there are 4 B&B "flats" in the same building - rooms are comfortable but bathroom facilities do need to be addressed as they are not to the...
