This bed & breakfast is located in old building in a quite street, one block from Termini station. It's not typical hotel, just few room in the 6th floor of the building. There is an old lift, which works properly. There's no reception - only small room where the owner Andrea or host lady Barbara can be found and where... More

We stayed there from 6-10 November. It's just 5 min from Termini train and metro station, on 6th floor of a nice building. We stayed in Room 202. We got key to move free day and night, which was great. The bathroom was the best, absolutely OK, clean. There was cleaning every day, the garbage was collected. In the room... More

We stayed at the Sun Moon B&B this June on our trip to Rome. It is just 5 minutes away from the Rome Termini station. Since we reached before the check-in time, our room was not ready but Barbara, the host, was kind enough to let us use the room and the bathroom. When we returned that night, the room... More

It only takes about five minutes from the station, the host's English is not very well but very nice and enthusiastic. The private bathroom, air conditioner and wifi makes this hostel comfortable. But the room is quite small. It's cheap, good value but too base, especially the breakfast.

Perfect location, friendly hosts, good price, nice spacious room with private bathroom, simple nice breakfast in the room every morning, not noisy, key access to the building and room. Its perfect for holidays or business trips.

I bought nearly a kilo of chocolate from the Lindt store near the Fontana di Trevi for a New Year's gift at my third day in Rome and left the sealed pack of chocolate in the room the next day when I went out. When I came back that day late in the night to the room the seal was... More

Very good location, very close to the main train/bus/metro station in Rome, although a little difficult to find at the first time. The room I stay has its own bathroom,a desk, a TV, a mini-fridge, and air conditioning. The room and bathroom are very clean and the service was nice too. The air conditioning is a little noisy at night... More

This B&B is just 5 minutes walk from the Termini station. But, it has no reception or proper name board, and is housed in an old building in a corner. Make sure you look up the place on the google maps before reaching Rome - it shows the accurate location. The rooms are on the 6th floor of the building,... More

We booked this place the last minute as we had a really bad experience at another Bed&Breakfast. Barbara was very understanding and her welcome was what we needed after travelling with a couple of luggages each all day. The rooms are spacious and very clean, including the bed sheets and the towels. We took our breakfast at the bar opposite... More

Although this place was a little hard to find (which I think is more the fault of the Italian street-numbering system), it was incredibly close to the main train/bus/metro station in Rome. The rooms are let by an older italian woman who didn't speak very much English but spent a lot of effort making sure we were comfortable and understood... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
