We stayed in Flavia 84 in Rome for 2 nights. The pros of this bed and breakfast is that it is near the commercial district (Argricultire ministry..etc) therefore there were lots of trattorias, restaurants, grocers around. It is in the same building as a couple of other hotels which mean that you can leverage on them for tour pick up.... more
