Close to the main termini, this hotel is just perfect to walk to most places and perfect for getting a tour bus from the termini. The hotel is in a tall building shared wih other businesses and is modern and clean. We were greeted by a very polite, helpful owner. Our room was very well decorated with a mini bar... More

We booked through Agoda. Is very near the termini station, on the main road so is safe.In a very old building with lift but the inside is fully renovated. Is modern and nice. Massimo is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included (self service). Average things for breakfast with tea, coffee, croissant, biscuit, cheese and cereal. Very good cereal for a... More

Selected this place for the location as we wanted somewhere close to the station for one night pre cruise. So glad we chose this as this was ideal. Had an email from the owner as soon as I'd booked asking my arrival time and he also gave me very simple instructions on how to reach the hotel. As I said... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at roman residence recently on a trip to rome. Location wise.. fantastic! Right near the central train termini and near colloseum and other attractions. The area feels very safe with families walking around until around 11pm due to it being on a main street. Despite this, it was not noisy from the road, more so... More

this is a long overdue post. but among the places i've stayed during my european sojourn, roman residence was the best! we stayed in the newly renovated floor. the bathroom was relatively spacious, it's very clean, fresh towels everyday, slippers, complementary drinks and free breakfast. plus the building has a lift which is something you need to consider when booking.... We arrived to a very welcoming host, Massimo, who escorted us to the room, detailed aspects of the room including wifi, complementary mini bar/ breakfast and the hotel room/ building keys. We then went to the office to sort out paperwork and he provided a map and details of places to eat and see. All this, without us asking. Room... More

I was there only for one night. The place is more like flat apartment. In Italy is known as B&B (Bed and Breakfast) The building has several floors and in each of them there is a hotel; is extremely well located as is only two blocks from the main train station (Termini). You have several shops, restaurants and even a... More

Great location, easy to find, the owner is helpful and really kind. Rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is pretty good. A great place to return to after a long, tiring day in the city. Will come back in the future for sure!

Just returned from 5 night stay at RR. As previous reviews state the owner Massimo is extremely helpful, and even booked a "timed entry ticket" to a museum for us before our arrival in Rome. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Termini, the main rail and bus area, and is extremely convenient when returning to the hotel. It consists... More
