5 of us arrived at midnight and were greeted at the door and helped in with our luggage and were made sure we were comfortable on our 1st nights stay. In the morning we were greeted with eggs, fresh croissants, cheeses, meats, toast, fruit and more and information on what to see and do while in Rome.
