This B&B is in an awesome location but apart from that it has little else going for it. We stayed in a family room that was very small. We could barely fit. The breakfast was average with just a selection of corn flakes and croissants that were a little stale tasting.

We loved that it wasn't your typical hotel. Gave us the feeling of being in Rome. Unique entrance, that is not right on a main street. Loved the elevator to the 3rd floor. Great service, very clean. Hardwood floors causes sound to carry so if you have noisy neighbors coming in you might here them. We did once, but it... More

Front desk service was excellent. Staff helpful and attentive. Room was small, older carpet. Not much space to open two suitcases. Nice restaurant with good selection. Visited late in the fall and could not enjoy grounds.

Me and my boyfriend visited Rome back in September. We booked through Hotels.com and could not believe the great price we paid for such a great location. Decent size rooms, right in the square of Piazza Navona. The Ladies where very friendly and helpful. Another plus point is that its is only a short bus ride away to the central... More

We are staying with friends and the set up could not be better. Brilliant location, excellent service and lovely rooms. Just off the Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance of the Pantheon. We also walked to the Capitoline in about 25 minutes this morning.

Location could not have been better. The place is a bit hard to find as the door is situated between 2 restaurants. There was someone waiting for us on arrival, we were given a map and shown into the room. Personnel is not on premises at all times, however emails sent to the hotel email address were all answered within... More

A very central place to stay ay while in Rome . You pay for the location as the breakfast can or should be revisited . The place is clean but the AC in the room is hardly noticeable and practically useless with the hot July weather.

We just returned from 5 wonderful days in Rome and the Relais was our home away from home. We wanted to stay in Piazza Navona, the largest and most beautiful piazza in Rome and we couldn't have chosen better accommodations. It is ideally situated right in the Piazza but the entrance is on a quiet side street in front of... More

The position of this B&B was excellent and so was the cleanliness but the doors to the rooms are paper thin! No outside noise from the streets but at 8am when everyone is getting up for breakfast and then they start cleaning the rooms, it's like they are all in your room! If you like to sleep in a bit...
