The hotel was nice in a very good location. Ten min. walk to Colosseo and to all attractives. Termini station is two min from hotel , very convinient. The hotel was nice and clean. It was recently renovated and looks very nice and new. We book a double room, was nice but little small. The breakfast was very nice, a... more

From Termini Station, this hotel is very easy to find. Their front desk staff was very helpful gladly answered all our touristy questions. They also provided us with free maps of the city. Although small, our room was very clean and well maintained with nice furniture. The bed was outfitted with crisp & clean white sheets and the bathroom, which... more

We are just back from a 5 night stay in hotel Augusta Lucilla Palace in Rome. We arrived on 29th of July and left on the 3rd of August 2009. After reading the reviews of this hotel, we decided to book this hotel including a returnflight with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. We had an early flight in the morning and... more

We had 3 rooms, they were clean, the staff was very helpful. Great location to the Metro. We had no problem with breakfast it was fine. The beds were a tad hard but after all the sight seeing and such you are so tired it really doesn't matter. Would stay again! Thanks!!! to the staff at the Augusta Lucilla Palace... more

The hotel itself is in a nice location, within walking distance of the Termini and Some really beautiful sights. Overall however I left the hotel quite annoyed by the Staff, in particular the man at reception, who in my opinion needs to seriously brush up on his customer service skills. I was attending a wedding in Rome and needed to... more

This hotel had so many good points but so many bad ones as well. Firstly good; It was located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station so as we travelled by train this was really easy for us. The Coloseum was also close however the vatican, spanish steps etc was a little walk - we ended up getting... more

Near Termini, place is nice, people are friendly. If you would want to pick on something then at the time of writing breakfast was quite basic. Overall, excellent value. more

This hotel was a great find. I must compliment the hotel on its friendly and helpful atmosphere. First, location: We found the hotel to be a great location and excellent value for money. The hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the railway station (10 mins from the platform that goes to Rome Airport). This was incredibly convenient when... more

Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily, good breakfast included. Staff very helpful. Transport system in rome is excellent and we took the terevision bus from Ciampino... more

We stayed for 4 nights. We found the Hotel to be extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for all the tourist sightseeing, transport links and restaurants. We were returning on an early morning flight to Ireland and the night manager had put aside a 'picnic breakfast' for us, without being asked, as we would miss the main... more
