Marcello, the manager, was extremely hospitable and helpful, service minded but not hovering! We got to borrow an iPad right from the start of our stay, and could also use our room the whole next day until 5pm. The rooftop terrace was so nice! We got wine and cheese there to welcome us, with some nice chat and useful tips... More

All of the reviews for this wonderful place are true, true, true. Marcello has 3 rooms on the third floor of this building. Very secure with keys for the gate and an elevator for your luggage. My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples so we had the entire place to ourselves. Upon arrival, Marcello served us wine and... More

We stayed here in May this year, and completely agree with all the other reviews. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street very close to the Vatican. The breakfasts were excellent and Marcello cooked us probably the best carbonara we've ever tasted. Everyone working here was lovely. The roof terrace was lovely, breakfasts and wine tastings in the... More

This place doesn't need anymore reviews as you can tell... But I just wanted to take out time to share first-hand how amazing this place is. By far staying at BB360 enhanced my holiday. I felt right at home! Marcello and his staff were professional, hospitable and helpful. The rooms were great, Prime location. Don't miss out on this hidden... More

It's been at least 13 years since my last trip to Rome and I was lucky to find this gem of a B & B in Rome on my return. Marcello and his friendly staff made such a difference to the overall experience and it was a wonderful, hospitable, warm and friendly place to stay. Marcello can organise airport transportation... My wife and I spent three days in Rome and three days in Florence. We ended up going back to Rome one more night to see Marcello and stay at his B&B before heading off to the airport. The rooms were great, location is great, and the experience was one of a kind. The staff was very accomodating and Marcello... More

This was my first visit to Rome and it had been years since my husband had traveled there. We did not have a clue where we should stay. When BB360 was recommended - I checked it out on Tripadvisor and could not believe the high marks and excellent reviews. Well, let me just confirm what others have said- absolutely the... More

If you are taking the time to read the reviews, you may like me be somewhat suspicious as to the reliability of such high levels of positive feedback. Having just arrived from Istanbul and a week at the Ritz Carlton, we wanted to find the right quaint B&B where we would feel immersed in a neighborhood, could walk to many sights, at an affordable price but not feel let down after having spent a week at a high end luxury hotel. BB 360 was exactly what we were... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
