Stayed at the Papavista for 3 nights last Sunday to Wednesday with my 17 year old daughter - and we loved it, would recommend to anyone without a doubt!! Our room was spacious and clean and we were both very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the hot chocolate + chocolate danish/doughnuts for breakfast, also nice selection... more

Papavista was a very pleasant surprise in Rome. We stayed 4 nights there and we had great treatment and services. Alessandra was very helpful with finding a shuttle to Ciampino for us; the lady serving breakfast in the morning always remembered what kind of cofee we would have. We will definetely come back again there, maybe even this autumn. The... more

What set this accommodation apart from the other 15 plus hotels during our stay in Italy was the hospitality, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. David stayed after midnight to ensure our safe arrival and even made us a cup of tea at that hour. Alessandra made enquiries into our supposedly already booked Vatican tour and found that it did... more

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city of Rome. It is small, but the rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. The shower is small, but still larger than the standard showers in other hotels in Rome. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. As mentioned in other reviews,... more

My son and I stayed at Papa Vista Relais for a few days and agree with all of the reviews posted below. Its location overlooks the Vatican City queue out of the window corner and is very close to a metro stop and numerous bus stops, making it convenient and easy to travel around Rome. The neighborhood looked run down... more

We found this to be a great hotel in a fantastic location. Its situated 20 meters from the entrance to the Vatican Museum - you can even look from your bedroom window to check on the queues! Its also very close to the Cipro metro stop which will get you to all of the sights in rome quickly. Rooms are... more

The hotel is a renewed house, modern with perfect rooms, great beds and bathrooms and TV. The people of the hotel are very kind and they make great capuccino. The breakfast has very quality things to eat (the croissants are perfect). The place of the hotel is very good (50m from the Vatican Museum) and 5' from the Metro. Conclusion!... more
