This was our second visit and we loved it both times. Great location, fantastic staff, quiet, safe, and lovely rooms. So much to love and they have cake for breakfast! The rooms are well planned, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. It's a model of a great city hotel. Next time we visit Rome, we'll be staying here again.

We stayed for five nights in this modern hotel, ideal location perfect for the termini station and republica metro. Our standard room was very spacious as was the bathroom we had the bonus of a small balcony too. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was your standard continental style but was all fresh. Definitely stay again... More

We stayed at SuiteDreams, in the Woody room, for 3 nights earlier this month on our vacation in Italy. It was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we had on our trip. The staff is very kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was pleasant & enjoyable and were always quick to... More

We spent 3 nights in Suite Dreams after a Transatlantic Cruise. It was the perfect choice. The location is great - close to Termini Station, Republica Metro, Via Nazionale and many restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. We had a standard room and it was really lovely as was the bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast which... More

Very nice small hotel. Great location by two Metro stations and the train station. The facilities were modern, clean and quite. The personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included and it was just Ok. This was the 12th hotel we stayed at on our trip so we were exposed to a variety of places and... More

The location is perfect. It's close to the Republica place, its metro station and the termini train station. So the location is great to start your visit of the city. If you are looking for restaurants, head for the area around the Trevi fountain. It's 15 to 20 minutes by foot, ideal for a walk after dinner. The hotel is... More

Dear Mr. Stephane, Thank you for your kind works about our staff service. It 's true, our location is central, in the heart of the city. As shown in the "Location" of our website, we are a few meters away from the subway "Repubblica" (Line A), from which you can arrive in a short time to Vatican City, the only... More

This hotel is located near the Repulica metro station one stop from the termini. It is a pretty great location. There are mini market and some decent restaurant around. The hotel is clean, the space for standar room is pretty okay. Breakfast is expensive, not too much of an option. The only thing I don't like is the old lift... More

The reviews for this hotel/upscale B&B are very accurate. Visiting our daughter studying abroad in Rome this was a perfect central location. Very ez walk to central train station and 2 mins from Piazza Repubblica. Off the main street and non descript from the outside on the 2nd floor but very contemporary rooms inside. The staff was very attentive. Our... More

We booked with Suite Dreams for our recent stay in Rome. Whilst this place is labelled as a hotel, it is more of a boutique B&B with only about 9 rooms. The rooms are very modern and clean and there is a very spacious shower and extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast is simple and just what you need in order to... More

Haven't got a bad word to say about this place. Turned up late at night to be informed our room had been upgraded. The room was large and clean, with a small inexpensive mini bar and was well designed. Great automatic blinds that completely blacked out the room for an amazing sleep! Would definitely stay if visiting Rome again.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
