Very nice, big room with the private bathroom. The service every day has changed the sheets and towels as well as cleaned. Everyone very nice and helpful - the owner and the receptionist. Two steps to the underground station, 10 minutes on legs to Colosseum. I recommend with all my heart :).

What a superb B & B. Everything worked like clockwork, right from the initial contact call on arrival in Rome up to the moment we left. The lady receptionist who looked after us did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and happy in the accommodation, right through to my eldest being taken poorly on the morning and the... The owner was really nice and welcoming. The girl that works at the reception was very nice and helpfull . She gave us a map of the city which was very useful for us. The hotel is well located, close to TERMINI train station and there is a supermarket cose to the hotel and then a great market. I recommend... More

This is very nice and comfortable b&b just 10min away walking to coliseum! Very tidy inside and really amazing reception girl who will help with directions and bring breakfast every morning :) recommending for those who like central location and looking not spend mutch for stay - good value for money.

This place was great. Room was very large and clean. Hotel was walking distance to most places depending on how far you can walk. If not, the metro station was just 50 meters away and would take you anywhere in Roma. Hotel staff was very helpful, but only on site for 6 hours or so each day. Great place

Nice room, clean private (small) bathroom, heating, comfortable, quiet. Very nice for the price. To be recommanded. For me, the only bad thing is that you have to call (problem if your phone is down like mine) the guy to come open the door, even if you told him what time you'll arrive. Breakfast is quite "light & cheap" but... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
