I had a wonderful time staying at Scipioni suites a couple of weeks ago. I found Paola to be a wonderful and cheerful hostess and source of information and good advice about how to best enjoy Rome. I took her advice and had a fantastic time! Some days I walked 8 hours a day, I got lost many, many times... More

Loved our stay here.Mrs Paola is fantastic and explains everything you need to know. Room was lovely and quiet, woke up to the smell of cakes from the shop downstairs. There is also a fridge in the kitchen if you want to make your own meal. Nice and clean bathroom, even a hairdryer was there. Very convenient location, 5 min walk... More

I'm Jhon Villalobos from Venezuela. Is a really quite place, small but comfortable. Is near from the Vatican City and around 15-40 minutes from others historical places. The owner is a lovely person, she explain everything about Rome and how can reach attractions through the public transport service or walking. The place is an apartment and the owner after explain... Amazing apartment exceeded our expectations. Great location, in a safe and quiet region of Rome, only 2 minutes away from nearest metro station, and some 5 minutes from Vatican, allowed us to not waste any time on needless travel, and has greatly enhanced our experience of Rome. Place is nice, cosy and very clean, and services provided were great and... More

This year we were in Roma for the fourth time. As usually we had a great time, as we love Roma. But this year we had an additional chance : we stayed at the Scipioni Suites. This B&B fulfilled all our requests. A really pleasant and quiet small studio with in-suite kitchen and shower. All what we were looking for... More

Me and my fiancee have stayed recently in Scipioni Suites. We wanted to have a central location, as this is just 5 minutes walk from Vatican and around 30 minutes walk to city centre attractions (eg.Piazza del Popollo or Villa Borghese). Metro is just 3 minutes walk, so if you tired you can easily reach most of Rome's attractions. Anyway,... More

A great find. Clean, quiet friendly base in a nice neighbourhood. Perfect location to explore the city, a stone's throw from the Vatican. Perfect for our 3 day stay. Facilities to have morning coffee and even cook, although we did not use them.

This is a nice little place, near the metro and the Vatican. The room was small, but we didn't need more. The shower had hot water, a must for us. There was a little problem with the wifi, but when the router was reset it was fine. Paola was very nice, and gave us useful suggestions. The supplied packaged breakfast... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
