We stayed here with two kids, a mother, and grandmother. It is located 2 blocks from the metro, the Vatican, around the corner from a 24-hour bakery, and there is a lift. This B&B was everything I hoped and more. It was located right next to my favorite pastry shop, right around the corner from my favorite restaurant and gelato place, Old Bridge. We've stayed three times at the Roma Ottaviano. All three times were absolutely perfect and made us whish we could live there forever! Really, don't bother looking for accomodation elsewhere.The Ottaviano is the only place to stay in Rome.

Very good location,nice people and a very reasonable price!! I couldn't ask more to those 4 days in Rome!! The owner himself helped me and my friends suggesting hidden beatyfull places to visit and where to eat real romano food,like a personal guide!
