This B&B is clean, comfortable and well-located, but as so many other reviewers have stated, it is Massimo who makes the difference. We chose this B&B because of the positive feed-back and we weren't disappointed. We arrived in Rome by train, and the B&B is easily accessible by bus from outside Roma Termini. Massimo met us at the front door... More

You want luxury and tourist shops all around you, go somewhere else. You want excellent personal care, comfortable rooms in a quiet part of town three blocks from Vatican City? Massimo's Capricci Romani B&B is just freakin awesome. And the included breakfast is enough to take the leftovers with you for snack or even a light lunch. You'll get a... More

Had a really great time in Rome at this B&B in the heart of Rome just steps away from the Vatican. Our host Massimo was most welcoming and extremely helpful. Right from the time we got in, he took the time to sit down with us, explain all the different areas on the Rome map, how best to get to... More

First time traveling to Rome (May 2013), or abroad for that matter. I was weary of the experience I was going to have in an international country but my worries went away the night I arrived at this B&B. Massimo provides the best customer service ever! He sat down with us the night we arrived and gave us a map... More

Perfect location, couple minutes from the main entrance of Vatican City and walking distance from other Rome's attractions. Close to metro, only couple minutes from a bus which will take you to the main train station. Very homey and clean place. Lovely dining room. Breakfast was excellent, like a testing contest, variety of pastries, yogurts, fruits, sandwiches, juices, etc., and... More

Awesome little B&B. Massimo a truly excellent host, very detailed and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and the private bathrooms nicely renovated, although the shower was pretty average. Amazing location, just a stones throw from Vatican City and many of Rome's attractions. Also close to metro for convenience. Massimo puts on a decent breakfast, although a bit repetitive with... Great location with a super host, Massimo! Very convenient to everything. Massimo's guidance was wonderful! Excellent breakfast. Very clean. Only negative was that the room was tiny, but who stays in the room? It was very clean and quiet. Recommended.

Everything from our arrival to departure was an ease because of the assistance of Massimo. We easily arrived at the B&B, settled in, and were given the pointers of the city. His expertise was extremely helpful. The location was perfect especially since we really wanted to soak up the city and walk around the town. We were unable to make... More

Massimo makes the stay here a stellar experience. It feels like a stay with a dear friend. We stayed in the quadruple (Marcus Aurelius) for two nights starting on May 30. The room is comfortable. The air conditioner works well. Massimo serves a very plentiful breakfast. He gives excellent advice on where to go and what to do. We prefer... More

.Location is absolutely bang on for the Vatican and once you have familiarised yourself, or I should say once Massimo has sat you down and briefed you on Rome then the city is yours. Massimo was an excellent host, the rooms were clean and tidy. On arrival Massimo was there to greet us and from the off. He could talk... More
