The bathroom was not clean in three days. The wi fi did not work . No elevator and many stairs. Too expensive for what was offered. Not worth. They do not advice that they do not have elevator. Good localization.

Arrived at Foro Romano after spotting the little wee sign! We're welcomed at the door by a staff member with poor English. After a very slow check in we were shown our room - a junior suite. Decorated in dark red with the outside shutters made it a very dark room. Based on the size of our room I would... More

If I could give this place a Zero rating that is what it would have. The photos online are the utter opposite of what you get... RUN. The inn keeper ran out cursing at us because we refused to stay there, which was a first for us. Everything was filthy, nothing had been cleaned, not even the bathroom. The rooms... More

We found this hotel to be quite nice, and the location 5 minutes from the Colosseum, plus the staff were very helpful. I would warn about booking the car service to get to the airport, he was half and hour late then demanded 50 euros intstead of the set rate of 45.

this might possible be the worst hotel i've ever stayed in europe. i just looked at the photos online again and it's like a completely different hotel than what i stayed in. my room was on the same floor as the reception and was dusty, facing the street so very noisy, the bed was in dire need of being replaced..... We stayed at the Foro Romano for four nights. There was a mix up upon arrival--don't know if it was false advertizing on the part of the owner or just a mistake. We were told we were at the Colosseo B & B (apparently same owner). It wasn't looking very promising. The young man there was very friendly and helpful... More

this is not a hotel it is a B&B without the cosiness. the owners do not live on site and the "hotel" is located within private residences including a dentist. no reception area and the noise form the street is like sleeping beside an underground. Rome is a noisy city sleeping in our bedroom felt like sleeping bang in the... More
