I needed to make a 'last minute' booking for a room in Rome for one week in July and was very lucky to come across the B&B Suites Piazza del Popolo. Max had provided easy to follow directions for our first time and Rome and provided a map, recommendations and guidance for my daughter and I. The suite is very... More

We enjoyed our stay in Rome incredibly - also because we could stay in the beautiful B&B of Max. It is located just 3 tram stations north of Piazza del Popolo and hence an excellent starting point for all excursions. Max is a fantastic host. He allowed us to arrive early and leave late. We could enjoy breakfast in the... More

We arrived to our own spacious room, with Massimano waiting for us. He showed us around this exquisite apartment, which had a full size dining room, a well stocked kitchen along with our own spacious suite and bathroom. Each morning, fresh pastries were added to the already well stocked kitchen. We felt most often that we had the place to... More

Massiamano was an excellent host. Our room was beautiful, as was the dining room and kitchen. We felt like we were in a luxurious Rome apartment all to ourselves, even though others stayed there, we rarely saw them. Great fresh pastries, juices, coffee always there when we were ready. Nearby tasty restaurants and Massiamano always was available to help out... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend and would definitely reccomend it to others. The room was beautiful and massimiliano provided us with everything we needed - including his grandmother's home made italian cake which was delicious! Will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect all around. Clean and spacious and strategically located near piazza del popolo so you could easily move around Rome to take in all the sights. The most important feature was the friendliness and welcome we got from Massimilliano. He was very accommodating and made himself available and... More

Stayed at Suites Piazza del Popolo during a visit to Rome to watch the ATP Masters tennis tour at the nearby Foro Italico stadium. It was ideal for this, being a short tram ride or 20 minute walk away. The room was a very comfortable double with a private bathroom, and the kitchen was well equipped. The dining room was... More

A really nice and very convenient place to stay in Rome in a good neighborhood. Massimilliano, the proprietor, always ready to be of help and looking after everything makes it even more pleasant. We arrived by airport shuttle - 45 EU from Fuimicino, and traveled back with tram for 2 stops, metro to Termini station and the Leonardo express, price... More

Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
