This is a fine hotel, clean and well-maintained, in an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is small and the breakfast is ordinary. Walking range of most everything you will want to see.

We have visited Rome 2 times and stayed here both times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, so close to Trevi Fountain, but also close to Spanish steps, Piazza Narvona, Pantheon, Colosseum. Also close to shops etc

Spent 2 nights for business in Rome; my work booked this hotel for me. Location: heart of touristic area of town; pedestrian zone. 1mn walk from Trevi fountain (under renovation). very crowded and noisy area. Hotel: smallest hotel I've been so far! tiny front desk; no lobby.helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms: decent size for double bed room - dont even... More

I've been in this hotel with my wife to celebrate she's birthday. My room was ok, strategic position of the hotel, fantastic view of Rome and good staff. Unfortunately the car that took me to the airport was driven by a rude person that was shouting at the phone and left me at the wrong terminal!!! After this event I... More

Dear giorgiappp, thanks for your kind review, we are glad that you liked the quality of our hotel, the room, the view and our staff. We apologize for the driver's behaviour but he is not part of the hotel staff, he works for a company that provides transfer services, which is external. Rooms are well worn and in need of an update. Pretty sure a million people have walked on the carpet. I don't want to dog them that bad--in terms of proximity, it's a great location and I understand the limitations of a small, "boutique" hotel. That said, the hotel is in the heart of touristville and it's pretty loud outside--sleeping... More

Dear bfletch57, we are sorry that some details of your trip didn't go as expected. This year has been an exception but usually the temperature is lower in October and almost all the hotels change the air condition system from hot to cold regime. We are sorry you didn't like our caffè americano, it's question of tastes though, it is... More

The surface of this hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. But it is obviously not well maintained. The first night I reported my tv and card key wouldn't work, and the knob fell off the closet so I couldn't use it. The gave me a real key and said it would all be fixed tomorrow. 3 requests later... Our room #502 was absolutely awful. Only 6 hangers in the tiny closet and no dresser. So we had to live out of our suitcases. The bathroom's shower was moldy and water seeped from underneath the bathtub when we were toweling off. But the bed was comfy. The AC would go on and off every 30 seconds: clic, clic on,... More

The Boutique Hotel Trevi is in a PERFECT location to explore all of the highlights of Rome by foot. We walked EVERYWHERE from there. We also really enjoyed sitting out on our small 5th floor balcony, overlooking the activity below and falling asleep to the strolling accordian players . HOWEVER, the bed was so horrible we couldn't really rest. The... More

First I must stress to all who are booking this hotel or thinking of it "This not a 4 star hotel" at best it is a 3 star. I must admit I feel upset that I paid for "4 star" but received much less. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and that was about 2 to 3 nights... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
