This hotel was centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. The people at the desk were moderately helpful, though the one gentleman didn't want to register us for tours, even though the company told my husband that it was the hotel that did the registration. After a little pestering, he finally did it for us. The room... More

The actual hotel room was the usual European smaller than expected however larger than some of the other Euro Hotels we have used. The bedding was comfortable, the wifi worked for free, the premises were clean, the included breakfast was excellent, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect! We were 6 doors from Trevi Fountain,... More

We stayed a couple of nights at the hotel in early August. Our room on the 4th floor was quite nice and decently cleaned. The bath towels are very old and thinning, needing replacement. Quite a bit of street noise but that's a sacrifice for location. The breakfast room is below street level in a cramped room stinking of mould.... More

We enjoyed our stay here and we felt the room was better than anticipated. The only thing we felt challenging was the street noise. The breakfast room was pleasant with a good variety. We will stay here again but we will bring our earplugs.

This little hotel was just what we were hoping for. In the perfect location close to La fontana Trevi, in a quaint cobble stoned street it was comfortable and clean and a nice little haven when we retreated after a day of getting about. The decor was elegant and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would return here again... More

A central location is a must for Rome.Dropped lucky with the research here as the accommodation was our base twice on this short trip. The staff were all friendly and helpful in attending to all queries such as transfers and guided trips. The rooms were comfortable and elegantly appointed. And quiet, considering that the front door would see a great deal of... More

We have just returned from a 5 night stay in the Boutique Hotel Trevi (July 2014). We travelled as a couple and arrived earlier than the stated check in time. We left our luggage with the reception and went for lunch. We returned at the stated check in time to be told our room was still not ready and to... More

First off, there is a Hotel Trevi, AND a "Boutique" Hotel Trevi. This is for the boutique, and please be sure you know which hotel you are at, or else there's a walk! Very nice, clean hotel. Not sure if all rooms have a balcony, but ours did. We overlooked the main strip and people watched and had cocktails on... More

Let's keep this simple. This is not a four-star hotel: it is a three star hotel, at best. The staff was very nice, including Catalina and Lorenzo. But the building is not worthy of four star status; room 503 smells like sewage. We were told to close the bathroom door to avoid the smell. We paid US$375 per night. Do... More
