The property and rooms are just slightly upscale. There are a lot of rooms and the best part about the place is the location to the beach! Beds were not uncomfortable, but not a dream to sleep in. The amenities and upkeep are very good. The place is old without updates and has fun to funky drift wood displays between... More

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Could not find advertised pools (in or out) and spa! Restaurant is very good. Layout of hotel made finding way around difficult. English not well spoken, and my Italian is non-existent. This made things somewhat difficult, but everything worked out OK.

I spent two weeks at this glorious location. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were more than adequate, the bathrooms were some of the best I have seen, and the view was as good as it gets. The location is the best in Gaeta and is within walking distance to most of the attractions. How can anyone say anything... More

If you want a hotel close to Gaeta's beaches, you can't beat this. Walk right out the front door and you have 100 yds to the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals available to make for an enjoyable stay on the beach. Split Mountain and the Turks Grotto are within a 4 minute car ride. Both must sees. The Grotto closes... More

We got a great room an the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms are quite expensive but clean and functional. The breakfast was fairly extensive for a continental breakfast - do try the frozen yoghurt. The private beach is just across the road, with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire although they don't force you to... More

Saw all the bad reviews about this place. Pleasantly surprised to find that they are not true. Was staying in Aquino with the wife and my teenage daughter and came down to the seaside to stay for a couple of days in June this year. We arrived early in the morning and went down to the beach. Although it is... More

Horrible, dated, run down, unfriendly, overpriced. There aren't really words to describe this place. Toured around Italy for 5 weeks. Stayed in approx 12 hotels. This was prob the second most expensive hotel and without doubt the worst place I've ever stayed in. Do yourself a favour.....take the money they are charging, add €10 and go 3 miles down the... They have their own beach (written on the top of booking advertisement), where you have to pay the same or even bigger price for entrance, then for others. And you cann't enter without payment of about Є14 (it's only for the sunbed, and the same price for umbrella), even if you have your own umbrella and towel, at which you... More

We turned up on spec for one night since don't usually do the beach thing. Great location in a large town with the sea on both sides of the peninsula and an old medieval town to explore. There is also a swimming pool
