A great little hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff; clean rooms and bathrooms. A short walk from the ruins and most importantly free parking (which we didn't appreciate the importance of until we arrived and saw the streets!). A hidden gem.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff are very nice and helpful. It's a short walk to the Pompeii excavation. Its right near the towns square which is a nice play to walk around. Just got back from spending 5 nights at this small (7 bedrooms), family run hotel/b&b. Warm, friendly welcome. Lots of very good advice on trips and visits, locally and Naples. Ok value - close uo ruins - staff gave info when asked but not friendly of their own accord necessarily. Would have rather stayed another night in Sorrento and done a day trip to Pompeii.

The price was reasonable and great location. The staff were generally knowledgeable and friendly but in one case TOO friendly. I was travelling alone and stayed 2 nights and had a bad experience with one of the staff members. Note to women travelling alone - Find some where else.

we ended here by default but had such a great stay - Alfonso is a real example of Italian hospitality! the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is central, close to the station as well as to the ruines. lovely restaurant just around the corner. two days here made us feel as part of the locals!

We stayed here for two nights between a stay in Amalfi before heading on to Rome. It was very well priced, spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly. Alfonso is a student of archeology and very knowledgable about the Pompeii Scavi ruins. My one regret is that we didn't have longer here - Pompei is lovely
