Brilliant location for arrival at the train station. 2 minutes walk. Another 4 minutes into the downtown area, and about 10 minutes to the main gate of the Pompei archeological site. Great family rooms, great service - helpful with taxi booking and boarding pass printing! Complimentary breakfast & pleasant garden in which to enjoy to enjoy a sundowner. An oasis... More

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise- all very nice and clean and in excellent condition with friendly, welcoming staff. It was a very good location for seeing a bit of the centre of Pompei and also visiting the ruins- very close to the national rail station (but not the Circumvesuviana station). The staff were great (mainly we spoke to... More

The hotel is very comfortable & affordable. The staff are very friendly & helpful & spoke excellent English. It is only a 10 minute walk to the amphitheatre entrance to the Pompeii ruins & a 2 minute walk from the train station opposite Via Sacra. The outdoor seating area is an oasis of calm & we enjoyed a glass of... More

Reception staff are the best! So friendly and helpful -especially with sight-seeing and transport . Room is good, wifi iffy - I'm on first floor and its ok but my daughter immediately above on 2nd floor cannot connect. Internet is available in reception and they also have a computer for use. Very helpful breakfast staff - if you need a... More

We stayed here for three nights to go to the ruins at Pompeii and Herculaneum. At first glance it looked pretty average but it had really nice, friendly staff who spoke English (important to us), air conditioning (again really important as it was very very hot), a beautiful garden with shade below orange trees (where you could take your breakfast... We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and ended up in the annex which we did not know at time of booking. No wifi and no phone or fridge so not value for money. There was a very good restaurant round the corner, la bettola del gusto, we went there both nights. We caught the train to Ecolano to... More

Very nice hotel, easy parking, friendly staff and very convenient for the ruins. The staff were very helpful with directions and restaurants. The entrance to the ruins is only a 5 -10 minute walk away. Breakfast was the usual fare but very nice.

Stayed here for one night to visit Pompeii in with my 2 children (aged 9 and 11). There were bunk beds for the kids which was perfect. Shower temperature was very good. Room was very clean and tidy and in good condition. Breakfast was also good. Excellent location just a short walk from the train station and an easy flat... More

Tucked away, we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel had all the features we were looking for. Reliable wifi and Secure and private parking. The quad room had a nifty set up of bunk beds that gave our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teens) plenty of floor space for our over-night stay. Many people consider Pompeii to... More

Very good staff. Clean, comfy accommodation. Ideally situated for visiting the ruins, eating out (very good places within walking distance, including a 48 choice ice cream parlour!), Naples and the Amalfi coast. Trains are cheap and accessible.
