Stayed in hotel Vittoria during a trip around Italy with my college. On first apperance the hotel appeared very nice, the entrance was well cared for and the staff seemed very helpful. However as we went up into the bedrooms, myself and others in our college found some problems, the worst being that in some rooms the bathroom door could... More

Truly comfortable hotel with very helpful, friendly staff, ready with valuable advice and information. The Hotel is located near entrance to the ruins. Amazing view. Superb restaurant. A friend recommended cannelloni, it was the best we had during our tour.

Pompeii ruins are right out the door. What we didn't know was that there are bus groups coming through the hotel during the day; the lobby washrooms are atrocious and the food even worse. Service at night in the "lounge" was non-existent. The night clerk was useless. The rooms were small and very outdated but you could see Pompeii if... More

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for only one night, wished I could have stayed a week. Arrived by ferry then took the internal bus to the steps down to the hotel found it quite easily. We were welcomed by a friendly staff member who show us to our room. We couldn't quite believe how lucky... More

We visited Hotel Vittoria for lunch in the middle of a tour while visiting Italy. the canalloni was mouth wateringly delicious accompanied with red and white wine. That was only the appetizer. Followed by a chicken dish entrée and a n ice cream dessert, The meal was amazing. For a true Italian meal I\d recommend this restaurant An added touch... More

Stayed here for one night on a tour around Italy , Got a huge very spacious room with 1 double and 4 single beds , lovely old building right outside the entrance to the ruins of Pompeii. Amazing view from the balcony of Vesuvius and the sea. Decor and upkeep needs a bit of work. Staff were very friendly and... More

Stayed here for one night as a trip from Rome to see Pompeii , mount Vesuvius and Herculaneum . The two girls that do reception are great really helpful. Gave us lots of local information and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was nice with a massive bathroom and a beautiful view of the Pompeii ruins. The hotel is... More

We stayed here for one night and found the hotel to be perfect for what it is - a 3 star hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and you can't beat the location - a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the Pompei ruins. We stayed in room 106 which was very... More

Charming older style hotel right next to a ticket office to get into the Pompeii Ruins. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most speak English too. We were on the top floor and had a balcony with overlooked the ruins. Rooms are generous. Breakfast was lovely too. Free car parking. Wifi not the best in our room. Had a... More

This hotel gets 5 stars for kindness. My parents and I traveled from Napoli to Pompei and my phone got stolen on the train. We were looking for help- somewhere where I could use the Internet to block my phone. We were sent office to office and even the police station. The police could not help us and directed us... More
