Agree with previous reviews of this hotel, good location but not what we would consider 4 stars. Rooms are small and hotel facilities basic, but staff very friendly. Ideal location for Pompei ruins, but little else to do in the area. Restaurant gardens are beautiful and food good. Would recommend for a short break.

Only steps away from one of the entrances to the ruins. Very welcoming staff and free parking provided across the street. Able to drive up to hotel entrance to offload bags. Room appears to have been renovated and was very comfortable. Breakfast ok but not special.

We booked 2 double rooms and one was very spacious, the other quite small. We found the staff to be really friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and modern - the breakfast room was lovely- very bright and airy and the food simple, but adequate. The best thing about this hotel was the garden... More

Based solely on tripadvisor reviews, we booked three nights in this little gem of a hotel and we were not disappointed. We requested a quiet, top floor room with a view of the mountain and that's precisely what we got. The room was very small (even by European standards) and quite dated, but it was very clean and quiet with... More

This hotel is perfect for visiting Pompeii, literally across the road to the other (quieter) entrance. However, our room was dated and it was next to reception which was very loud in the morning. The staff were not very mindful of their noise levels and woke us up on both mornings. It did look like they were renovating the hotel... More

On the main street of modern Pompeii, this hotel is a small oasis of calm. Modern decor, wifi, sat TV, outside garden and free off road parking opposite the hotel. The place to stay when visiting the excavations (the amphitheatre entrance is opposite) the hotel.

My family of four stayed for one night in a quad room and it was exactly what we needed on our pass through the area to visit Pompeii. Room was clean w a small balcony, reasonable bathroom (nice towels, too!), and the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. After our long day of sightseeing, we had dinner... More

Charming building with courtyards and sitting areas. Our quad room was clean, nice, quiet. The only negative was that we only had one electrical outlet for charging multiple phones. Great location and nice staff. Would stay here again if we are ever in Pompeii again.

Our stay at the Forum was reasonably good value for money , but it was far from perfect . The hotel is in an excellent location about 50 metres from one of the entrances to the Pompeii ruins . It is also a short 5 min walk into the centre of Pompeii town . The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and... More
