I would have given this hotel a 4 but I deducted one mark for the poor location. This hotel is really only an option if you have a car. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, albeit with small bathrooms. The staff are friendly and efficient. But it was a very long trek from the train station/city center. It is... More

Arrived at night in torrential rain, so hard to find even using GPS, directly on an oblong roundabout if that makes sense and driveway not well lit to pull in. Modern and very clean Hotel, nice staff with limited English, has a lift a bonus and the rental is safe in the under Hotel car park very needed in Pompeii.... More

Dear Sir I'm sorry if he slept badly but I have to contradict about the comfort of our beds. In fact, the beds (with wooden staves) and the mattresses used in all of our hotel rooms are new and are top of the gamma "Permafelx" brand with craftsmanship and especially with quality assurance totally Made in Italy. About shops, at... More

Chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Modern, clean hotel with nice rooms. Underground parking garage was a bit tight to maneuver in but we were glad to have the car off the road and it was tall enough for our roof box. Breakfast was limited but adequate and coffee was made to order and was... More

Nice hotel close to center of Pompei. The hotel is very clean and newly refurbished. Our room was large enough for 4 beds. Hotel personnel is very friendly and customer focused. Breakfast is good although some improvement could be done. this hotel pretty surprised us being fairly cheap but pretty high quality.

You won't be disappointed, so don't waste time. In this instance, book your room at the Hotel Visagi and then read the reviews. There are 16 rooms, so get lucky! For me, finding this hotel was like finding a pearl in an oyster. You'll understand that better, once you have visited the Pompeii region. We were touring Italy by car,... More

Being on the far edge of Pomepii, this hotel could easily be overlooked as a good base to stay to see the ruins. It is well within walking distance of the town centre and the ruins though it is not a short walk. This hotel really surprised us considering it was fairly cheap. Breakfast was better than other hotels with... More

Clean, big rooms, private garage. Easy to find. Big shopping mall not too far. The wifi was good. The breakfast was a bit poor, but regarding the price level of the hotel is ok. I recommend to stay here to everyone. + Really nice view on Vesuvio.

Had a short stay at Hotel Visagi, 2 Days. Mostly just so we could see the Pompeii Ruins. Pros - Generous sized clean room. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped us with getting to Amalfi for our next accommodation. WiFi good, did drop out a few times but connected again immediately. All staff spoke English. Cons -... More

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for a week, as a basis for our trips in the area (Naples and the Amalfi coast). Even though the hotel sorroundings were less than exciting, we were extremely surprised with the hotel: helpfull and kind staff, clean and spotless rooms, nice breakfast. In short, whatever you'de expect from a hotel. The... More
