Don't know why its called a resort, it has no facilities to speak of. Rooms were basic and lacking in style. Breakfast was disapointingly sparse, ok if you like cake, cake and more cake. Staff seemed pleasant enough though.

Hotel people is flexible and always gentle and available. The hotel is at 20 minutes from the Pompei old town and the Famous Catholic Church of "Madonna del Rosario di Pompei". Perfect for families. Have a good stay.

I wanted to do a budget sight seeing in the region, so instead of booking expensive hotels in Naples and Sorrento, I booked three nights here before reaching to Positano. The hotel was better than I expected. I read many complaining about the distance between the hotel and the ruins, and I cannot understand it, as it must be less... More

The hotel looks new and well maintained (Aug 2014). The staff was friendly and impressively helpful in any occasion. It is roughly 3km away from the archaeologic site of Pompei but they offer a nice shuttle service, running all morning, that you have to book the day before. To walk is an option as the city of Pompei is small,... More

We arrived in Rome that afternoon, drove to Montecassino, and finally Pompeii. It was phenomenal. The gnocchi is amazing! At dinner they also had a guitarist and singer performing table to table... and while it may sound cheesy, it wasn't. It was amazing. They know all the classics and even sang some Godfather music for my mother. They were hysterical.... More

We stayed at the hotel three nights because we were visiting the ruins of Pompeii and Vesuv. The hotel is near the ruins of Pompeii, and near the city centre of Pompeii. But I would not recommend too stay here. We had a rental car, and I wish I had searched for more information before I booked. The city of... More

My wife and I stayed here in July for two nights as a base to visit the Pompei and Herculaneum ruins. We picked the hotel based on the good TripAdvisor reviews and relatively limited local options. We paid a premium for a Junior Suite which honestly wasn't really worth it due to a combination of odd decor (not like the... More

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Italy. Stayed in a suite and didn't really think it was worth the money we paid. The wifi was non existent on our floor and the mobile internet data was pretty much blocked when the shutters were down. There were 2 balconies, both with garden views but neither... More

My husband, in-laws, and I stayed here for 3 nights to see the Pompei ruins. We enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were huge! My husband really liked the shower with the massage settings and colored lights. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. There was an assortment of foods - pastries, cakes, toast, hardboiled... More

We found this hotel through a website and were very pleased with the comfort, quiet, and the dinner service. The staff were amazing and very helpful! We stayed for 3 nights while exploring the ruins and were very happy with an internet find. When travelling, we have 2 requirements - a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Hotel Pompeii exceeded...
