Hostel is located in the center of Naples, near plaza Municipio and Port. Staff were very welcoming, provided us with all necesarry information. I do have to say that to get to the hostel via bus from the train station was easy. Finding the street to walk down was hard. You can see the port where the cruise ships are at from the building entrance. It is nondescript building where you have to take the lift to the 7th floor...have 3 euro cents... more

The staff was friendly and super nice!! They even took me to the bus station for Pompeii and taught me the "must- see" that are not covered in guide books. They cleaned the bathroom after each customer has used it--so it is fresh and clean when you enter. It is their friendliness and honest advice that encouraged me to explore... more

Great place to stay. In a decent part of town. Very easy to get around. Easy to get to train station and onto Pompeii. What really set this hostel apart was the staff and the service. Excellent! The rooms were basic, but comfortable and clean. We would definately stay there again... more

Exceptional staff, free dvd rentals, elevator to other floors, kitchen available most of the day and evening, breakfast great, internet mostly available, common room to sit with others, all ages (no old age discrimination), huge jars of nutella on breakfast tables.....love this place! We stayed here for 1 night in October 2008. We were initially told that we could walk from the train station and that it was about a 15-20 minute walk. It is not nearly that close. It took us almost an hour to walk there from the train station with our luggage. It started raining and we were not impressed.... more
