This was our first visit to Napoli and how fortunate we felt that the Belle Arti had been recommended by a friend. Located in the centro storico opposite the Academy of Art, this small quiet hotel combines a refined modernity and traditional décor, and reflects the cultured taste of the proprietors who are welcoming and engaging. There is free WiFi... More

If you want peace and quiet whilst being close to the action outside, this is for you. Located 2 mins from Piazza Bellini where all of Naples seems to converge late into the night. Old style property - not a 4* Hotel with std buffet breakfast - with fantastic frescoed ceilings. Visited in November and rooms were at the correct... More

The Belle Arti Resort belongs to a new small group comprising a few hotels and B&Bs in Naples. Our room on Via Constantinopoli was vast, calm, fresh and had fantastic high vaulted ceiling decorated with frescoes in the "ottocento" style. That was more than fine. What is NOT on the par, is BREAKFAST. It is prepared in the cleaning cupboard... More

This place gave me $20 that was counterfeit as change. Not happy about that at all! Make sure if you stay here you pay online and not with cash. It does have air conditioning. The breakfast was pretty small and the shower had mood and some bugs roaming around. Not bad at all except for the counterfeit situation!!!!!

Dear customer, we believe this review without foundation since: 1) we never had to change dollars to you 2) usually we do not do foreign exchange business We believe there is confusion with another hotel with the same our name. Have a nice future More

Broken AC, no hot water, wifi didn't work and no one there to help with the issues. The chamber maid couldn't even get in touch with the management. I would not recommend this property. Great location though.

We stayed at the Belle arti resort for 3 nights from 9th-12 May. When we arrived in naples we got a taxi which cost us 40 euro which we later found out was very expensive. You shouldn't be paying anymore that 25 euro to get to Naples. We had trouble at first finding the resort as there is only a... More

This "resort" obviously used to be a beautiful palazzo. Now it's a somewhat scary, dark, abandoned building with limited service. We stayed one night. That was more than enough. There were gorgeous ceilings, but it was difficult to fully appreciate them because the lighting was so poor. We were unable to read in the room, no clock, no attendant on... More

Dear customer, we don't understand why: 1) You talk of "abandoned building" but there people that live inside. Was the building maybe dirty? But You don't say was dirty. Uhm... 2) You don't fully appreciate The frescoes ceiling? A good idea was to open the windows if the lights are not enough. 3) Why the books? To read, to read,... More

Very good and safe location near Centro Storico, bus and metro station. The hotel is small but nice. Our room was big, quiet (some rooms are not) and comfortable. Breakfast served directly to rooms - you choose what to eat and what time. A very nice place to stay :)

Yes, the location is perfect being just 2 minutes away from the archeological museum and the old town. However, my room (110) was humid and smelled badly of damp. The heat exchanger on the terrace was very loud and I had to have the air conditioning on at night to "hide" the noise. Hated the thin towels. Also, did not... More

dear guest, first thanks to remind that, the location is perfect being just 2 minutes away from the archeological museum and the old town. Concerning the breakfast, starting since next march, will be possible to take it in breakfast room. At last, as bed and breakfast the reception is not available full day, but every guest is free to go... More
