This is just a bad hotel. It's in a bad part of town, parking is extremely limited, the rooms are not well maintained, internet is not available in all the hotel, and at least two other customers (three counting me) had items stolen from their rooms while staying here. Stayed at the Millenium Gold in Naples for one week on a business trip. The hotel is physically in pretty good shape but the staff is profoundly indifferent and unfriendly, the restaurant is closed, the area around the hotel is very rough and trashy, and the overall experience was not comfortable.
