Nice area, good value, room great, breakfast super. Staff were lovely and very helpful with maps and sightseeing advice on reception. Sightseeing buses start 5 minutes away. A really good way to see all the sights.

Only stayed one night - hotel staff very helpful, room lovely and clean. Breakfast on rooftop terrace good. Also very well located for palaces and castles - easy walking distance to historical part of town.

We had a four night stay in this small hotel which is well located in Naples for restaurants and other attractions. Really good for the hydrofoil to Sorrento as its only a ten minute walk. The staff are so helpful, Paulo, Luigi and the staff in the breakfast room were great and really helped make our visit go smoothly with... More

Whilst the interior of the hotel is fine and the rooms are Ok. This part (actually true of much of the city of Naples) is a bit seedy and generally filthy. The staff are friendly and the breakfast typical of Italy. The room décor was tired, the air conditioning control hanging off the wall, the air con grill hanging down... More

Dear Sir, as a top reviewer (and I suppose an expert traveller) I would have expected a ...different point of view. Maybe travelling for the sake of saying "I've been there" is still an issue, even nowdays that travelling is not an "élite" privilege. Regarding the complains about the Hotel, all you would have needed is a simple "Could I... More

Had a 2 night stay. The facilities were excellent and the friendly English speaking staff were friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is ideally positioned close to waterfront and old city and made walking around the city very easy. Had a great stay.

Palazzo Turchini was in a good location, walking distance to the waterfront castle and restaurant district, as well as the shopping area and other attractions. Paulo at the front reception was friendly and helpful, providing us with information on places to eat, things to see and general advice about Naples. The 5th floor room was clean with a large bed... We stayed at the Palazzo Turchini with our two children aged 2 and 5. The family room set up was brilliant - two rooms but with a lockable outer door. The rooms were clean and quiet (even though the children's room looked onto the street) and the breakfast buffet served on the top floor was good and a good selection.... More

We had a terrific time at Palazzo Turchini. We only could stay 2 nights this time but will definitely be coming back. The room was very comfortable, clean and tasteful. We were a bit worried about noise when we saw our room was facing the street, but we slept soundly. The breakfast room was pleasant, and variety was excellent, including... More

Dear Mdm/Sir, thanks a lot for your good review and the perfect explanation of the situation and the services that we offer, especially the WiFi connection which is usually the last noted one, mostly because of our guests devices problems. We have a fast, reliable and..working connection! (43Mbit divided 27 rooms, it's just more than fine considering that we're not... More
