I was in this hotel just for a night. It is located in a very nice position. The hotel as itself is good and "only" they stay in the hotel is an experience. The rooms are very very special. It's a really Boutique hotel

If you're looking for a comfortable hotel in the fashionable district of Chiaia then head to the Palazzo Alabardieri, well appointed and with an amazing concierge service ( look for a lady called Claudia ) who will do anything to help you find the best restaurants, transportations and tips to the best city attractions. Our stay was very pleasant and... More

We were really impressed with this hotel. So often rooms in older hotels in city centres are small but we had a wonderfully spacious room. We paid about £100 a night for a double room including breakfast and wifi. The location is excellent - everything is an easy walk away. The breakfast was a pretty typical continental buffet. The staff... More

We stayed at Palazzo Alabardieri two nights last October. The establishment is ideally located in the center of Naples (just a step from the seaside) in a quiet and pleasant district of the city. Our suite was situated on the first floor and thus exposed to all the noises of the hall of the hotel, which often welcomes conferences and... More

Stayed 8-15 March 2015 in a twin bed junior suite [116]. Slippers, dressing gowns, jacuzzi bath and obligatory bidet. Toiletries were replaced daily and the bedroom and bathroom were cleaned like a new pin every day. Shower unit wasn't quite as powerful as it could have been and the bath itself was rather slippery. I feel they should consider providing... More

We stayed 4 nights in September 2014 in a junior suite. Lovely suite, very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally quiet. Great sound-proofing in this hotel. Breakfast was ok and front desk was very helpful when we had a problem unrelated to the hotel. Enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This is a lovely hotel in one of the smartest parts of the city. There are lots of thoughtful touches in the rooms and the staff are very polite and helpful. Most important of all, I can honestly say that I have never slept so well in any hotel I have ever stayed at! My room was so peaceful (there... More

When looking over the hotel reviews in Naples on TripAdvisor, it seemed like there were few hotels that everyone liked except this one. I agree with the advice - it was a really nice hotel, in a nicer section of Naples. The hotel was very elegant, the room was clean, nice and the bed was very comfortable. There were parts... More

The hotel is down a side street close to some of the main (expensive designer) shopping streets. It is about 10 minutes from the nearest Metro and a few hundred meters from a bus stop, but Naples public transport is perhaps better avoided if travelling with baggage - take a taxi! From the outside the hotel does not look much... More

We stayed here for a night between Roma and Napoli on our way to the Amalfi Coast. Tucked away in an alley a block from the sea, this hotel was very well appointed. Period decor and nice sized rooms made this a welcome change. Across the little alley were shops with names like Prado and Ralph Loren. Aside from the... More
